Actually you have to use a HiSuite ver 10 to be able to downgrade to EMUI 10, I had to use the firmwares from the downgrade archive, but managed to downgrade to EMUI 10 that way

This is meaning, it not match with Hisuite version. You should be use lower version of Hisuite.

This video is not functional you may be stuck on a version that does not allow you to install native Google Play Services by LZPlay

When you download to a compatible version of Emui10 to install LzPlay in that version you will not have data transfer, fast loading, etc... But as you update to Emui12 everything works again
