Great job man! Keep up the grind! How did you set up the .25 splits to Strava like that? I’m having trouble figuring it out.
Unfortunately you can’t. The best thing to do is to use something like Apple Fitness to set up intervals and have it automatically upload it to Strava. Strava still won’t display them as intervals though, just one long run.

I usually run earlier in the day and all the tracks around me are school owned so I'm not able to use them during school hours unfortunately! I was using coros pace 2 for the intervals but all 4 of the watches I was wearing can do it - garmin forerunner 955 solar, Apple Watch ultra, and Apple Watch series 7
What percentage do you go on the 400s if I can run a 400m in 57 seconds should I run 20x 400m at 1 miunte 20 seconds?
I'd say that's around the time you should be going but I'm not a coach!

Where did you find your trianing plan? Can we somehow look it up online?
Why does he need 2 watches?
400m repeats are not really relevant when marathon training, especially when taking such a long recovery. You would benefit more from longer intervals with a shorter recovery to build your lactate threshold, hence prepping your body for the endurance your muscles will need over 26+ miles
