To get back up the last time, my whole body was on fire. Check this out though, when I do pell work, a lot of times I purposefully (but more gently) fall down and get back up. I think it helps my endurance for this. It did that night.
Good attention to details :) He was from a higher weight class. My opponent had to get emergency surgery less than a week before. I posted that I needed an opponent but also didn't care if it was up or down in weight. I just wanted to make sure I got to still fight at this event. He also told me after, that he was an all-state wrestler in high-school 😆 which explains even more haha
Damn, I'm breathing heavily just watching that. Wrestling that intensely in that much kit must be exhausting.

to me it looks like you should try being more aggressive with your 'shield' in that stance. Good job though 👍
Thanks for the feedback!! Agreed. I had planned to do more punching etc but got distracted by getting into the grapple so fast and too often.
