- In this video I have made basic protein powder all from natural sources. You also can try this at home.
Ingredients used are:
BADAM (100g)
pista(25-50g)
peanuts(100g)
chana(gram) -100g
walnut (akhrot)-(25-50g)
makhana- 50g.

Yes, can store in a fridge. Since it is dry, can use at least for a month if you refrigerate.

Can we drink this with Luke warm water?
Jyada achha rahega if you take with warm milk. Can take with lukewarm water as well, but it does not dissolve in water nicely.

In cold and dry place if you keep in a sealed glass container, it should remain fine. Otherwise khraab hone ka chance hai….. humid environment me kharaab ho jaayega.

When i grind dryfruits...it will make a paste... how to be a powder?
Roast the dry fruits a bit…. And then grind by taking small quantity. Make sure grinder doesn’t get heated. So use larger mixer jar.
Still it wont be that dry. But when you put that makhana powder in it, it will be a bit dry and powdery. Hope it helps.
