    Training chest and back together is a big deal, as is matching shoulders and arms. I like to put a leg day in between workouts so I don't overwork my elbow and shoulder tendons, and I always take a rest day after 3 days of training. In my rotation, I train 5 days in week 1, and 4 days in week 2, because I feel that rest is where the magic happens. I never looked at the PPL again, my arms and shoulders were falling behind, and also with sore elbows and forearms.

    Simeon started off great as far as explaining amount of reps he uses... then he stopped doing so. We love him...we want to know his rep range. Maybe next time...

    Only BB I know that works his chest and back together. It just makes sense if your advanced because of how the muscles tie in. Glad he made this, it’s a necessary break up of the monotony.

    Great work Sim! I'm Currently trying to cut weight so I usually do 10 x 10 training and mostly compound workouts like Romanian deadlift into bicep curl, squats into behind and over head military press and lunges into front and side raises isolation muscles I'll go 4 to 5 sets and finish with cardio I'll have some content up soon!

    Great video Simeon !!!!!! I love that the cline press machine that was displayed !!!!!! I glad yo hear you say you do cardio fir 30 mins or more, there are a lot of messages out there suggesting you can do little to no cardio and you can stay lean which is hogwash !!!! Much success sir !!!!

    Great workout routine bro💪🏾. Quick advice i am weak when is comes to pressing chest and shoulder what should I do to get a strength? My max bench press it’s 100 kg for 4 reps😩and I been trying to so hard to increase my strength.

      Go up and do 2 reps and go back down and add pauses to your 100kg many ways plus push ups and push up as your pushing the floor down
