First Wash After a Hair Transplant - Proper Post-Op Care

After getting a hair transplant, keeping your hair follicles safe is essential. The bandages will be removed on the day after surgery; at the same time, the first wash will be done by your surgeon.
The medical team will follow these steps for bandage removal and first wash after hair transplant, your surgeon follows these steps:
1- Apply moisturizer foam to your hair to soften the scabs on the scalp.
2- Leave foam 10-15 minutes on the transplanted area
3- Rinse moisturizing foam with warm water
4- Remove the bandage on the donor area
5- Wash your scalp with isotonic water to prevent the risk of infection.
6- Pat dry your scalp gently with sterilized gauze.
7- Antibiotic spray will be used to fasten recovery.

I see a lot of difference in how the first wash is made. Some only use sprays, some use lotions and actually use the fingers to lightly apply it, some use shampoos and use the fingers to lightly apply it. Unsure which one is best.
I just had a hair transplant and in 48 hrs my bandages will be removed from the donor area and the first wash will happen with a special shampoo and fingers.
