- A not-so-classic take on the day in the life videos that everyone and their mother has seen over the past decade. Wanted to bring a little more to the table. Let me know what you think. Also, let me know what other types of videos you want to see! Shoutout to Marshall and Brennan for the frames in the video and the thumbnail. Those guys are legends

Beautiful video mate!! Love what you did there!
Gonna miss this so much, I graduate in a few weeks and im going to miss the summer buildups to fall. 100%.
Great quality on the videos
Quitting running is my biggest regret. Getting back into it recently and have already experienced changes
i’m ready to see your break-through this upcoming season🙏🏽
Same goes to you, man. Been loving to see your videos pop up! Keep grinding!
Cross country something else 😂
I want to join the cross country team, but I’m not really that fast (my best time is one mile around each 8 minutes) How do I get faster during the summer? (I have one month till school starts$
I would try to start building up your mileage. Start at 10 miles a week and add 5 miles each week for 3 weeks, then drop back down to 10 miles a week. Then on your 5th week, start at 25 miles a week and build up by 5 for 3 weeks and then drop back down to 25. That will allow you to build up aerobic strength and get faster in the long term
We’re all just cats. That should def be a bumper sticker.
We’re all just some cats, for real
we piss excellence
No vaporflys?
Maybe in the fall 🤷🏽♂️
Are you sponsored or do you just like adidas?
I just enjoy adidas trainers. Recently got some Pegasus 40s and Clifton 8s, but I think I like the SLs better than both of those. I enjoyed the Pegasus 39s, but the 40s cause my Peroneal tendon on the outside of my ankle to get inflamed. The Clifton’s are a good easy day shoe that takes the strain off of the feet because of the amount of cushioning, though. Really enjoying them.
@@TheBrockKelly oh okay, cool. I’ve only been running for a few years so I haven’t tried many shoes but HOKA is on my list and I think I might try out some adidas trainers based off what you’ve said about them 👍
