    Without a doubt, this year will be worse than the last. I lost a lot of money last year as a result of bad investment choices that I would not have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. I kept investing, but I couldn't determine whether to start paying for a house. In the end, I sold my positions, and the house needed more work than I had planned. I'm not sure how long I can keep going like this

      True. My portfolio was diversified across several markets with the help of a financial planner, and were able to achieve over a million in net profit among high dividend yield equities, ETFs, and bonds. It is vital that you have a variety of exposure, including in firms that are currently generating cash flows.

    I have been drinking an assortment of mono fruit juices the last few months. I am a vegan. Eat a live food diet, sunflower, and brassicas micro greens.
    I did not need to hear this. I notice the scale going up 10 plus pounds. Cutting out fruit juice by the quart at once. Thank you so much, John Koler.

    I rather eat some bitter thick paste made of greens and fruits with as much variety as possible. It's the same as eating whole, but the machines chew way better than me.

    When I drink pure fruit juice I feel lightheaded and anxious. But I have found that if I take that same fruit juice and combine it with green juice from kale, collards, bok choy, purple cabbage, or another green that I feel balanced and energized. Plus it is a tasty way to drink my greens.

    ANYTIME FIBER IS REMOVED FROM OUR FOOD , THERE TENDS TO BE NEGATIVE EFFECTS. I BELIEVE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND GRAINS SHOULD BE CONSUMED WITH THE FIBER INTACT FOR BETTER HEALTH.😇👍🏾

    You're cherry picking reports that support your dogmatic beliefs. This was a review of the evidence that basically leads to unhealthy national dietary guidelines. This is why hospitals serve such terrible food. Why would you trust a system that has led to the unhealthiest population in history? This is how they convinced you that cooked food is healthy, and why you are so strongly opposed to fruit feasting despite haven't no personal experience.
    I consumed only raw veggies for a few years, when I also debugged the assumptions taught in medical school that cause doctors to handle certain conditions so terribly. Now I regularly help people heal terminal cancer by consuming only watermelon juice, and it has always worked. After remission they avoid beans because they're hard on the kidneys, which could lead to recurrence. Veggie juice is generally healthier later at regenerating from the damage and strengthening structural areas of the body, but it doesn't address the root cause of cancer and other congestive disorders.
    Don't confuse me with fruitarians. I'm personally about 80% veggies, other than a one month fruit feast each summer. That's because I learned the power of fruit, and you won't find that in research papers that are approved by the current health bureaucracy.

    It’s all very confusing. I think there is a time and place for everything. I have gone for a really really really long time eating hi fruit. And then I was getting signals from my body to slow down on the fruit so I lowered the fruit for a bit. But now I am back to a really high fruit again of course with lots of vegetables as well. But I’d rather get my macro nutrients from carbs then fat!!! 100% That is a definite and for sure. Although I do understand that the right amount of healthy fats is important. And I completely support eating whole grains as well. They do go well with the fruit and even assist in digestion. Our bodies go in and out of phases. there really is a time and a place for everything. Also I knew a guy that was a world champion ping-pong player and ate a super Duper high fruit diet all raw and ended up dying of prostate cancer. So who knows what the best is. But if you listen to your body and eat a really high raw diet and not way too much fat I think you’re on the right track.

    My husband buys OJ (not from concentrate). He drinks a quart a day.🤦‍♀️ He has a life-ling sugar addiction and has gained weight even though he cut out soda and all deserts. What is you opinion on carrot juice? Still loving the juicer from you!

      Just limit it. Have less spinach fill up with low oxalates… pair it with kale with has calcium in it. If you really want to eat it then cook the oxalates put in dehydrator or boil them. Eat high oxalate foods earlier in the day. It’s easier for me to break it down.

      Cheers for the reply, but I have solved all my 66 year old issues, I went carnivore! Everything is better, vegan for years, many problems now gone, research it.

    What about blending fruit to a juice like consistency? How do you feel about that

      I mention in this episode, I do advocate for eating fruit primarily, and secondarily using a vacuum blender to blend up fruits into a juice-like consistency, because at least it has the fiber. I do not recommend using traditional blenders that add lots of oxygen to the fruits to lower its nutritional qualities. That being said, I do not recommend overeating fruits, and even when blending them, you can consume them much faster than you could by eating them.

      WHOLE FOODS HAVE FIBER, IF IT IS STRAINED OUT AND DISCARDED THERE IS NOTHING TO BALANCE OUT THE SUGARS AND SLOW DOWN THE ABSORPTION RATE . THIS COULD BE TAXING ON THE PANCREAS.

    35 minutes and you haven't told us WHY we shouldn't drink fruit juice. Also are these studies checking out raw vegans or some diabetics who drink a gallon of pasteurised oj juice after eating pork chop with butter infused mashed potatoes with 2 leaves of lettuce?
    I don't get how you can extract such conclusions when we don't know what I mentioned above.
    So, why shouldn't we drink fruit juices on empty stomachs when being raw vegan? What does it physically do to what cell/organ/whatever? What is the damage?

      @@figtree393 Well, if you gain weight you obviously drink/eat too much. I was asking what negative consequences does drinking fruit juice bring? You only told you gained weight. Well, you can gain wait eating whole fruits or whatever diet. Would that mean whole fruits is poison? So that is completely irrelevant.

      ​@michaelk1589 in the long term, drinking large amounts of fruit juice creates dysbiosis in the gut and liver stagnation. Yes there are vitamins in fruit juice but liquids are absorbed very quickly into the body, which also means the high sugar content is quickly absorbed. Asking a human body to do that is a bit unfair. Vegetable juices also have vitamins and more minerals.

      @@meganconnors6444 Well, there is insoluble fiber and phytonutrients present in fruit juice that slows down the release of sugar in bloodstream. Anyhow sugar is a fuel for humans. Why is it bad to have it enter quickly into the bloodstream? You don't put diesel into your truck in portions but pour it till its full. Whats bad about fueling our energy source in fast manner?
      Also are there any studies presenting raw vegans drinking high amounts of fruit juice and suffering from dysbiosis and liver stagnation? What is liver stagnation anyway? All I can find is some chineese Qi explanations of liver stagnation but they dont write anything on fruit juice.

    I dont know why you took this path of conflict. Dont see the benefit of this info, fruit juice, smoothies, veggie juice, fruits and veggies all has a time and space in people lives. This kind of videos makes more harm than good to people who want to heal. Personally i suffer from disfagya and no capable of eating whole fruits and veggies and found a source of clean calories in juices. So sad for this turn you decide to took.

    It’s surprising you being into health for long you think vegetables are healthier than fruit, your wrong fruit is by far way healthier then a vegetable diet, fruit contains the most oxygen in it, oxygen is the main thing your body needs to maintain good health
