- The plaintiff brings her son to court as a final effort to try and save him. She says her son has been arrested numerous times, including one time when police surrounded her home with guns. She claims her son deposited fraudulent checks into her bank account. She’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant admits he has made mistakes and is trying to fix his life. He claims he had no idea the checks were bad.

Assuming the father was actually in the home those first 11 years of his son's life how do you just desert him and never speak to him after that. He goes to the "Kingdom Hall". I'm not saying this is their main issue. But anyone raised in that "religion " (like i was) knows that the man of the house is emasculated by the Elders of that religion. And they dont consider their meeting places as "churches". I can assure you this is part of a larger problem. I pray for her and her son. But I've seen many of these experiences in my past life as a JW attending "The Kingdom Hall"!😊

I like Judge Mathis because he is knowledgeable and for the most part fair but he does have a tendency sometimes to talk too much about himself and everybody knows the story already and he wastes time with that and it's okay to school and teach parents a little bit about something but sometimes he gets overly critical he doesn't know the entire circumstances and situations and he can't assume that they are all the same cuz he knows better otherwise shows are pretty good I just wish you would stick to more being a judge
