- The plaintiff met the defendant at the bar where she worked. The plaintiff claims he gave the defendant a loan to help out her daughter, but she failed to pay, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant believes the plaintiff is just angry because she denied his sexual advances. The defendant insists the plaintiff offered to provide the money, and they had no agreement in place.

About 20 yrs ago it was this guy I wasn’t interested in at all…he kept offering to buy me things wanna help with my son etc…one day I was at work he came with diapers money all kinda gifts saying he just wants to help out cus I’m “a cool person”…so I accepted it girl big mistake a couple wks later he saw me talking to a homie at the gas station acted a damn fool said he thought I was going to be his woman &nd everything smh…
@@NKAB4 dont blame the guy because u could have made three different choices , accept it , dont except it , or accept it and pay it back in a short time . u chose to accept it and not even try to pay it back and also u could have said no and explained to him that u did not feel comfortable since u are not interested in a relationship with him . but u chose to be a coward and not be honest with him from the start .
