The defendant dated the plaintiff’s neighbor. He says the defendant was blackout drunk one night and crashed his bike into his car, so he’s suing for damages. The defendant admits he likes to drink and party. He thinks the plaintiff is suing for more than he owes.

JM said several times that the defendant breached the lower priced agreement. And still gave the defendant the lower cost estimate.

I knew the plaintiff was being greedy when he ran around the question of how much. The defendant is the only person I've actually ever saw on Judge Mathis that won a lower judgment because he had an estimate of his own. Good for him 👏 👏
