Nevertheless, Donald Trump declared that as far as he was concerned he had already won the race and said he would go to the Supreme Court to ensure the integrity of the vote.

that's not accurate. Not that you will care but GA was 81% counted and Trump was winning by a large margin. Then mail in ballots days later are counted... Trump knew that people were testifying to their votes being switched to Biden and lots of craziness like a water leak in the building and poll watchers being kicked out. He wanted his votes to be counted he didn't ask for them to be MADE up.

Voter fraud is negligible. This is a fact. The act of doing voter fraud, the cheating of the ballot, can be done by both sides, not sure why republicans think only democrats do it, ESPECIALLY when it has been caught that republicans cheat the ballot, gerrymander, and use voter suppression against Americans.

The American system of elections and governance seems so flawed to me... and I say that as a European.
Idk if you are Russian or not but if you are from one of the smaller countries it makes sense for you to have equal representation but the US is so large that if we used a proportional system people would ignore half of the country and focus on only cities.

@@WIDBAU This obviously blatant flaw in the Electoral College is by design. The original intention of the Electoral College was to ensure that the southern slave/agrarian states would not be outvoted by the north (see also the 3/5 compromise) despite the north having a much larger population. The design was effective.....3 of he first 4 American presidents were slaveholders from Virginia

A constitutional amendment is required and getting that many states to agree to change it or holding a Constitutional Convention is nearly impossible. So it can't happen. At least not anytime soon.

I was on the computer where you could see the results by county in each state. At one point before they shut down the offices for the evening, but then continued doing something, the numbers for Michigan and Wisconsin showed that there was no mathematical way for Biden to win. They showed the percentage of votes tallied and the numbers of votes for each candidate. There just weren't enough left for Biden to win. For example, if there is only one percent votes remaining and Biden needs two percent, then it is mathematically impossible. Somehow, the next morning the numbers had magically swung in Biden's favor. The fact that courts were unwilling to put this to scrutiny and cross examination is pure fraud.
I will not stand idly by and watch you smear lies on a fair election. They did take it to the courts and in every single court case, the court determined that the evidence was not real evidence to cause the election to be in doubt. The companies that manufactued the voting machines, took Fox News to court and won! The courts heard each sides argument and determined that Trump was wrong. Accept it and move on.

Are mail in ballots being submitted after the polls have been closed?
I would just say this, that there is no point in an election date if people are not accountable to submit their votes in time. If a person cannot be bother to submit their vote in time that it reaches its destination in order to be counted on or before the election date, that is on them. They could have easily gone and voted in person, especially since masks are so safe ans social distancing "works".

The rules for mail-in votes are that the officials will count them if the vote is postmarked by the election day, even if the physical arrival isn't until after. This allows those impacted by the USPS slowdown and abroad voters can have their votes counted.

Not sure how that has anything to do with math... It is unlikely 100% mail in votes went to Biden, but according to the math I don't think it takes 100% of those votes to beat Trump by the looks of it.

I'm from Chicago where Democrats vote early and vote often even the dead vote there, so it is very dangerous for democracy to allow mail in votes until next week and November 12 in some states.

I know one thing, I stayed up until 3 am and when I went to bed, Trump was leading Pennsylvania by 650,000 votes with 85 percent of the vote count in. 450.000 vote lead in Michigan with 85 percent of the vote count in. 150.000 vote lead in Wisconsin with 85 percent of the vote count in.
I saw ithose numbers too. You're not alone. We are surrounded by morons who look the other way.

same here, when I went to bed, Trump was comfortably ahead. why did these states pause the counting of votes on election night, then resume counting the next day? very fishy. why not count the votes without a pause?
@@benicia21 States didn't pause counting. Not the ones that needed to count to determine a winner anyway. There was only a pause of the vote REPORTING. And that was because nearly all of the votes left were mail-ins that are tabulated in one or two poll centers and then reported in batches. It's not like a precinct where you get those results when they are finished with each one. You're talking a lot of mail-ins which meant a long time between reports.

How is it so far left? The fact is the rules are in place for ALL THE VOTES to be counted. It is wrong to declare victory before all the votes have been counted. Well a couple of states at the end of the night magically had spikes of votes that 100% went for Biden and 0% for Trump, so that was already accomplished. All that needs to be done now is a recount to prove that Biden won fair and square.
