Common longevity points:
1) sense of purpose ( work, projects)
2) part of a community (volunteering, a job/work, belonging to groups, family get togethers)
3) physically active throughout the day- a lifestyle of movement (walk everywhere, chop wood, gardening, prepare food from scratch, dance, etc)
4) stress relief/management (dance, physical activity, community, solve stressful problems)
