  • Today we are upgrading the stopping power in my 1JZ Toyota Soarer!
This video is to the best of my ability a how to upgrade the e-brake shoes, brake pads and rotors on my 1992 1JZ Toyota Soarer. I installed Project Mu E-brake shoes, Stoptech street pads, and Stoptech slotted rotors. The brake caliper on the front of the Soarer are from a 96+ Toyota Celsior (96+ Lexus LS400) and the rear brakes are factory Soarer components. Leave a like if you enjoyed it. I'll be doing this exact job with the exact same handbrake shoes soon (my Project Mu shoes are still stuck in Japan). How do they feel? Have you started on those handbrake turns yet? 😏

Matt Misanthropy well be prepared to be patient and give a lot of time to get it done. If you are of legal drinking age it might be good to have a drink or two while installing( without driving after of course). They feel great when i was testing out the rotors pads and fluid flush I pulled the handbrake and she locked up right away so it would do it. As far as handbrake turns no I haven’t yet.
