Loved this class! My posture is so bad... rounded shoulders, tech neck and pelvic tilt, would love a flow for this please. many thanks from Ireland 💚

Hey Rita don’t worry about it, it doesn’t matter if you got it or you didn’t, there’s no pressure for it to be perfect. I would much rather you have fun and make it playful, we learn better that way when there’s less pressure
