Fruits from Ghana are straight from heaven especially pineapples, Avocado and mangoes.. but I like the bigger mangoes, I ate a lot the last time I was in Ghana

Whenever I buy Avacados in the markets here in London 9 times out of 10 ,i have to throw them away, and tropical mangoes are unaffordable, Kumasi looks like somewhere I'd like to live, planning to travel to Ghana this year.
Fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, snails, crabs 🦀, fresh yams and corn 🌽 are in season 😋, enjoy family.

Blessings family, I was visiting other Caribbean islands 🏝 Dominica 🇩🇲 and Martinique 🇲🇶 but then I came down with the flu, I’m still coughing but I’m feeling much better, Hallelu’YAH. Oh man, you're doing great with your family. Mangoes and watermelon are my favorites. But since I left for abroad over a decade I stopped eating them because they don't taste sweet.
Suggestion:
Next time you get mangoes and watermelon, start with the mangoes before the watermelon. This will give your girls a better taste of our tropical fruits.

Try using ORANGE AND HWENTEAA to prevent house flies from invading ur food.
Cut the orange, sqeeze it so the surface isn't flat then place about 6 hwentea on each half and put it on the table. Hopefully the flies will stay away

Nice video. We actually bite/pinch off the tip with our teeth and use our hands to peel the skin, then eat the flesh/pulp by biting then suck the seed.
Yes some do it this way too:) I love to squeeze out the juice before peeling especially when it’s soft:) It tastes so good!

One of the things I missed a lot in Ghana is avocado… I used to get them for free in Ghana and now I am buying just one for almost 2€ 🙆🏿♂️ plus the taste gab is just too big! When I step in Ghana, that will be literally all I will be eating. I will take the advantage you know😂

For the big mangoes you must cut them into pieces and eat them just like the melon 🍉
