- Classic Italian 1100 cc pushrod V-twin making music while being adjusted for better breathing and ridebilety in traffic. Play it loud on a good sound system and enjoy the deep thundering voice of a big, fast and powerfull Moto Guzzi sportsbike, the ultimate Le Mans?

Un'opera d'arte, complimenti per la tua moto.
Beautiful bike. Fantastic sound
Gran bella moto !!!
sport 1100 carburatori gran moto bella la coppa olio con filtro esterno
I have on the reartire 84HP on the clutch ??? - Injection Model 1997
Prima!
Carbs or fuel injection?
Looks and sounds proper!!
No power figures - that's not fair !
Not too sure getting off the bike is wise when using a dyno. It needs the rider's weight on the suspension and tyres..... even on a rolling road dyno, mate.
Its done with the belts
What cans you got on it? I have the IE...................
Fitted are open absorption silencers, made by Mistral in aluminium. These keep the engine a bit cooler than the stainless steel originals wich are quite restrictive and heavy. Sound on the road is, allthough not strictly legal, far from anti-social as long as you 'go with the flow'. Open it up on accelleration and thunder will roll, loud and claer ;-)
@@Garfieldonwheels Nice, my way of thinking also. Did you re-map? I can't see if your injected. I think not?
@@DustyVisorMotorcycles No, there 's no injection. It is the version with the 40 mm Delorto carburettors. When delivered according the EU legislation the bike has a rather inflexible charactre; ample bottom and short of midrange power, then a real punch from 5000 rpm. Not so pleasant in normal traffic. That's why I changed the silencers and re-jetted the carbs. Engine power is now delivered from about 3500 rpm upwards, without losing too much at top rpm. Yet it still demands to be ridden in its own way; a bit like a classic with a close ratio gearbox, due to the long overall gear ratio. This bike was never meant to potter in peace so to say.
@@Garfieldonwheels Thanks for that, I find mine very tall in 1st...........
Would be curious to know what she made on the dyno. Mine has stock Airbox with K&N and diffent pipes and crossover. What mains and slides are you running and in what climate? For some reason they are a bit fussy on carburation compared with a LM, higher tune maybe. I had mine dialled in for a hot climate now need to re-do it for Ireland....
Daytona has 4 valve heads, belt driven cams.. Different bike.
