This is the one kid who actually can comment "Im 18 and squat 900lbs" without it being a troll
Lol the classic comment is fulfilled
maybe all the trolls aren't actually trolls just hidden genetic freaks
@@nomercy8989 definitely are lol
Im 17 and squat 1000 pounds
@@nomercy8989 plot twist
Clearly an anomaly. Just has to watch out for injuries and keep his longevity until his peak.
What are you doing here? Get out of here stalker!
Anomaly you say?
Ooooooo knife knife knife OMG PAPAAAAAA
Scanar
-Ronnie Coleman oughta give that man a -_-good-_- talking too... 😌-
@@BenBenjaBenjamin i think he is talking just about the amount of weight he can possibly lift if he doesnt get too much injured. But yeah, no longevity on his condition.
This kid has a big future in the strenght world, i get the feeling that he's gonna be like a new Paul Anderson or something
That's exactly who I thought of when I saw this. A new generation Paul Anderson! Best of luck to him!
That’s first guy I thought of. Same build, short and stocky, just an absolute unit!
They only come around every few generations
Yeah if he lives long looks like he won’t last that much longer
You do know Paul Anderson couldn’t even deadlift 900... Google it, all he did was unconventional machine lifts
Didn't know Jack Black's son was strong af
lol
Kung Fu Panda !
Clearly this was Chris Farley's son lol!
This kid exist: I'm about to end every gymrats ego.
Most gymrats do want to become powerlifters. They just want to look aesthetic.
@@alexboy3116 "gymrat" is a term for someone who only goes to the gym either to do stupid ego lifts with bad form, or to look aesthetic only training arms. Dont embarrass yourself.
@@theoctaneshop6167 nah not really a gym rat describes a person who spends unusually large amounts of time in the gym and not their inclination to train arms or perform hazardous egolifts. And I also strongly advise you not to take every stupid comment on the internet seriously or you too might end up embarrassing yourself
@@alexboy3116 agree to disagree. Him including "ego" implied ego lifting, that seems pretty obvious lol.
@@theoctaneshop6167 wait a sec. Is this actually just a misunderstanding? I was responding to Miguel Y's reply and not the main comment
God damm that crazy if he doesn't hurt himself he is going to be crushing it
He might be the future first person to squat 600 kg raw
@@chill_Park He's Pushing the human limit i hope he does
If he's natty now 600kg might be possible
@@nicholasdimedio302 He breaking world records i don't think he natty just because he looks like Magic the gathering kid doesn't mean he not juicing but he 18 and strength athletes seem to peak at there 30s so he got a lot of room to grow
The weight could be problem aswell as he age and if he didnt lose some weight could possible have heath problems aswell but all in all hes monster
You see so many heavy squats get 3 white lights, even though they were high. This one truly deserves it. Great depth!
@@ryan80166 this is not fitness. This is powerlifting. There is a difference and powerlifting to such extremes isnt necessarily healthy, but very impressive. But dont discourage

Reminds me of Luke's SQUAT lol
Couldn’t think of a better comparison.
@@Rico24337 his squat is good. But his deadlift form is phenomenal just like this this squat.
Dude wtf. I’ve been squatting for years and I’m not even halfway to a 900lb squat lol. Way to go kid!!! Absolute beast. I’ll be retiring from lifting now
I know what you mean 🤣
Same here I've been squatting for 4 years and I can only do 415
He has different dna
@@jasonhamshar182 hey man I can only do 1 rep of 315lbs after 4 years so good on ya
I did 405 after my first year, it's been 2 years since that and my squat hasnt gone up any
In the first clip, the weight was so heavy he changed color.
super saint black
Anything over 800 lbs, a power lifter shouldn’t have to walk that shit out. That just adds to the probability of an accident.
literally.
But the Lift isn’t the same if one doesn’t have to walk it out.... night and day difference.
@@ghfjfghjasdfasdf shut up
@@ghfjfghjasdfasdf walk out shouldn't really be part of a competitive squat though
Neural Tech it’s pointless to the squat. The walk out just adds in risk for injury.
My god what a future he could have... what accomplishments already achieved.. this guy is going to leave a legacy behind amazing
The kid is blessed... Super low squat...I love this guy...Paul Anderson reborn. He should invigorate the sport of powerlifting... Who’s not excited about this kid???

@Mike I’ve played football with him ever since we were kids. Went to school with him till 9th grade year. He’s the nicest man I know
Hope he never suffers an injury. He might just be the first human being to squat 1,000lbs.
First?
Ray Williams bro, look him up
@@gutymarquezrocks17 also jezza uepa, Daniel Bell, Paul Anderson, and a few others I’m sure I’m forgetting as well
Im 14 and hit 220 on bench right before my 24 day quarantine. Gotta get back on the grind👌🏼💪🏼
Nice, I hit 240 the week after turning 15
I remember being at that meet where Joseph Pena had an over 1000 pound squat. Something I will never forget.
I hope this young man stays healthy and doesn’t catch early injuries.
I really like that you share and acknowledge people in the end of your videos. Virtual highfive for that!
Holy fuck! Major props for this young man and wishing him a long route of achievements.
This kids future is very bright, I wish him nothing but Great success!
It’ll be nice to see a power lifter mentor him and guide him safely!
1:01 the face that spotter guy made is priceless
This kid is insane and actually getting pretty good depth too👀 love to see it 💪🏼
his head circumference is bigger than my waist. absolute behemoth
loool Behemoth
This has to be a glitch in the matrix or something ...
That bench and deadlift had some insane explosive power behind it
Everyone out here saying he’s gonna be the next Paul Anderson....no, he’s gonna be the first Jackson Powell
I had the privilege of competing vs him and watched this squat live he’s a very humble kid he will hit 1k very soon
Gorilla: Even my 6 year old can do this!!!
He's morbidly a beast
I’ve followed this kid on Instagram for years. Good to see you succeeding mann!!
He ripped that deadlift off the floor too god damn
Future worlds strongest man. Hope he stays safe and injury free.
No athlete, regardless of sports goes without injury. Strongman/powerlifting is more prone to this than others. So is crossfit. Thor had like a stroke or whatever, which caused part of his face to go numb temporarily. Kind of the nature of the beast.
Probably not since WSM is going away from heavy and toward endurance.
@@TrustNJesusChrist it wasn't a stroke. It was a bacterial infection and I don't believe it had anything to do with his sports.
@@jdata Okay, I looked it up, you are right. However, you have to be out of your freaking mind if you think Strongman and Powerlifters aren't prone to injuries.
Powerlifters and Strongmen have injuries ALL THE TIME! Fucking heavy ass weight falling on you. Improper spotting or loading of weights.
I have seen SO MANY powerlifters and strongmen failing lifts and having the shit come right down on their legs or arms. There also many instances of tendons failing and rupturing. Or even bone snapping.
I am a powerlifter myself, and I know the risks involved, so I am not knocking the sport. I am just saying. These men and women REALLY DO need to super safe and even then, you are more often than not going to get SOME kind of injury just from all the heavy weights being moved day to day.
@@TrustNJesusChrist I was just about to pretty much say the same thing. Injuries are inevitable some you come back a bit stronger in certain ways and weaker in other ways, this is from personal experience I've been lifting for a good 10 years.
This is amazing, mad inspirational for me, makes me wanna work harder in the gym
those anime teenagers be like...
Impressive. I hope he stays safe and focuses on longevity. He's already past most lifters' best so I hope he progresses slowly and safely now for the next 5-10 years and we'll see the world records broken without a doubt.
Keep it up kid I know I started following him on Instagram to watch were his career goes because if he can stay healthy and stay focused hes going to be a special lifter.
Witnessed this in person. Great meet!
Insane... when he gets older and his body composition improves I think we'll see his deadlift shoot wayy up for sure
Your videos keep getting better and better!
I met this dude in Chattanooga, TN. Walked into the gym at his high school as he was loading up a 700 lb squat in sleeves. He missed it that day. That was two years ago.
Put 200lbs on hus squat in two years
that kid at the end has a sick diy setup
It was incredible to see this in person. I'm extremely humbled to be his friend.
Kevin Oak just tore his quad trying to keep up with this kid.
The best part of the video, no one is kicking him out the building telling to leave.
That kid could possible be the first one to squat more than 500 kg in sleeves.
Hes not a kid, fool
@@jakesimmonds5043 The human mind does not complete its final stage of development until around 24 years of age. Natural testosterone production peaks at 25. Saying he's a kid isn't an insult. He's a kid.
How about squatting with naked knees?
That is insane
Not only that but did you see that deadlift speed holy moly
I watched this live at the Gritmas classic! It was amazing
I’m always curious about these super strong kids... they usually get their start young at like 12 or so right..?
so I’m wondering do they just start out able to lift heavy? Do they make giant strides at a faster pace than the rest? Both?
I’d guess both but idk.
If anybody has any light they could shed, would appreciate. Thanks
They are genetically very gifted, start young and potentially on steroids as well.

That’s impressive. I just hope the yougin doesn’t get hurt before he peaks. That kind of weight is no joke.
You don’t need any lights on in this guys house cus the fridge doors always open 🤭
This kid is built for squatting. Short powerful legs and the mass on top. No hating here just props.
Really impressive lifts, feel like he could become one of the greatest ever if he keeps it up.
As long as he doesn't let it go to his head and stays injury free, he will break the deadlift world record. Calling it now
This guy is a legend ! He made that shit look easy as hell.
His form on the squat is perfect!!
Was at that meet, it was crazy to watch
size>muscle
You cant tell me that kid has a clean diet
That squat was deep af as well. Bro, fucking amazing. Better than these adults getting bullshit green lights when they dont even remotely get close to passing the knee.
Absolutely unreal. A strength prodigy
If I met this kid and he telled me he squats 900lbs. I would probably call him the biggest liar of all time.
0:51 Thought Grizzly was spotting him
he did it in SLEEEVES??? As soon as you said that my mind was way more blown. I was expecting it to be in a suit or at LEAST wraps. Kid has a bright future.
This kid will break records
Dude he dead lifted that so fast 😳😳😳
Jackson Powell is also very humble and its so good to see him finally get more recognition. His close support team is inspiring too see also, reminds me of Hathor's close team very much. This legend is changing strength sports to new limits. Jackson Powell absolute legend.
That's incredible. I walk out 550 and get nervous. Dudes 18 and hit 900 with a walk out. I can't imagine what his numbers will be with 10 more years of training.
May the gods of strength keep your joints healthy
I want to see the Flat back bench press for reps , how many reps can he do at 225lbs with his back flat on the bench.
Chris farley go go go
Just hope he stays injury free if he does and keeps his head he could set world records in his future. Good luck
amazing he reminds me of louis cyr
@Alpha Beus not sure if louis cyr at 18 years old would have squat 900 lbs but yes i must agree on that comparison is hard to do life then and now is totally not the same
The only kid that can't troll saying im im 18 and can lift more then most powerlifter lmao
Cripes...his "only" 700lb deadlift still fucking flew up.
As he hits depth on his squat. Unbelievable.
I think you need to lift to understand just how impressive this is. One in a generation strength. Hopefully he warms up and trains properly as to avoid injury and early retirement.
Good depth!
What a ragequit worthy video.
Perfect build to take over the sport
That weight was moving really fast, like really really fast. I think he can definitely hit more
Young Man so strong.
So his 2k total was crazy. All of his lifts were easy as fuck. Honestly think he had 2100 in him.
That’s insane. This kid is the future.
How is this possible!? Superhuman. Just Incredible.
Joseph Pena in Texas HS powerlifting squatted 1025lbs in 2017

Currrrazy
Wish I could go back in time and use my younger years to kick some ass in the gym.
I just got into powerlifting/strongman a year or so ago. I am 38. I wish I had started back in my teens, instead of playing NES and eating shit food. I probably would have gotten super strong by this point. Not saying i would have broken records, but following the strength program I am doing now, would have skyrocketed by numbers.
Yo Mikey from Recess strong af
His squat is perfect.
This young man is a beast. I would love to see him pick up strongman.
It’s insane how some people can squat more than they pull. Just shows you how leveraged and body proportions can make you suited for certain lifts
Insane stuff though 900 at 18yrs 😳😳
