Why are so many vegans racist? It is not possible for every culture on earth to survive being vegan or vegetarian. They need meat to survive. Would you rather their children starve to death, than eat meat?
That is a far better way of approaching the subject with people than how you used to do it, ie saying would you prefer to be free but be hungry most of the time or… etc. Cos as I have said before I that isn’t true most wild herbivores eat well that’s why there are so many of them much more than predatory animals. This new approach of consent is v good! ✊🏽🌻🌎

I’m happy you like it! I’m gonna make a video about it soon. But, meanwhile: all I have is a camera, a tripod and a sign. I hold the sign and wait for people to come and the camera is on the tripod on its own. The cards I made them. I’ll share the design soon. Didn’t think anyone is interested

This one was great, cip. Well done getting in the last hypothetical to confront her with that double standard. One minor note- when you said how long cows can live I’m not sure it was clear that this is only on sanctuaries they are allowed to live so long. Don’t be afraid to slow down a bit- the carnist mind will always seek to misunderstand and will accept the misunderstood information as a non-sequitur to avoid self-evaluation. They seek to be confused.

To add my thoughts, I think it could be helpful to ask one question about the food aspect, because as she says in the video, she thinks vegans eat trees and grass. The Gary Yourofsky speech covers this but I think it could be beneficial to add something about how we have all of these alternatives available today. That is my only critique, keep up the great outreach!

The quote at the beginning seems false. I couldn't find any source for it. Even if he had vegan-ish ideas, just like many great personalities had, I think it undermines the credibility of the movement when we start peddling fake quotes.

What I meant is, there is no first party account of him saying that. Not in any of his works, or any of his speeches. There's a phenomenon where famous quotes get attributed to famous people (i believe Churchill is described in the phenomenon), when the person hasn't said that. It is what happened with this one

I came across a Da Vinci vegan quote which was quite famous, and was looking for the source of it. Unfortunately there was a website that debunked the quote, as some author added it on their own for their fictional book on da Vinci. This is why I have a keen eye on vegan quotes as I'd like to use them now and then but then hate to be clowned lol. The best way to check I've found is to use Google search for the quote and see if it actually appears in their work. It's a rather time consuming process as there's no direction. I don't think it will be able to keep pace with the content.

And no, eating meat isn't 'essential' to humans. It is optional. That's why vegans live at least as long as everyone else, and there is a growing body of evidence that they actually live longer.
I had issues with skin, losing hair, stomach issues, brain fog etc...I love fruits and vegetables...but, it was going 90% carnivore that literally took all my issue away...I was skeptical at first.....but, wow I am in the best shape...my doctor was blown away..he asked me what i was doing ..I said carnivore.. - he said " I knew it... I have recently introduced small amounts of fruit and veggies ( 50- 100 g) - so far, no negative effects... I believe this is why there is an attack on meat by pharmaceutical companies and doctors, because it makes you healthy as a horse....
