This is a video response to enter Native Instrument's Guitar Rig Hero contest that was held in october 2008. The winner was initially to be determined by votes and video's popularity but unfortunately there's been some people who cheated by rating other participant's entry 1 star. On NI's channel, the same video has 251 ratings and 5 stars!

Thanks! I wrote the basic structure of the song in MIDI first and then put some rough guitar tracks to get me going along. Then I filmed and recorded each instruments live so what you see is really what your hear. I finished with the lead guitar.Then I mixed the audio and made this video with the clips.

Guys seriously i dont get it.A video like this gets so many negative votes?What didnt you like..the fact that plays all the instruments,that he is a very good guitar player,that its his own composition or that he uses guitar rig? i mean its ok to not be crazy about any of those things...but to vote him negatively so many times?wow and we wonder what is wrong with the world........

Most of them are. Loop Soup won because he made it seem effortless to record all those things at one time. And in his other video he shows how he did it and it was pretty complicated compared to the winning video.

Yes it is a Yngwie Malmsteen signature strat and the other guitar is handmade guitar with 7 strings and something like 32 or 33 fret and was designed to do tapping

I would have loved to see the actual composition of this piece. Do you play through to a click first? With which instrument? Did you know the arrangement going into it, or did you experiment along the way.

great song. but may i ask how u got such good sound quality? i recorded my entry with my camcorder and the sound sucked. Any tips or particular software you use?
Hey I was curious. I have guitar rig 3 and when I try to use it live (or plug in my comupter speakers), the sound is very soft. And when I turn it up on the program I get a hissing sound. Do I just make the program soft and turn up what ever speakers I'm using? Or is there something I"m missing?
o.O do you know if there are any downloadable software that can produce good sound?

david fait tout aussi, il fait le drum sur un keyboard, le rythm et le lead guit mais je sais pas pour la bass, anyway, sérieux, lui y torche autant que david lol jveux pas choisir :P malheureusement cte vidéo là a pas été assé vu, pcq david approche de 40 milles pis lui le 2 milles :( mais meme a ca, jécouterais les deux a radio pendant des heures, jaime vraiment

I don't get it, that other guy seems to be garnering much more attention for this contest, even though this is superior. You are playing all the instruments and are covering alot more textures.

the playing is impressive but I don't really like any of the guitar tones except the lead tone. The low gain sound is really weak.
