You kinda missed a lot of the points he raised - which is that people are misrepresented on the show and we’re aired awfully. There all decent!

So thanks to Ekin Su Jay missed out on a chance with Paige and thanks to Davide he missed out with Mollie, both of which orchestrated by producers. Wow. Jay was literally a supporting character the whole time for the Davide and Ekin Su Show! And we’re surprised they won.
Seems like the producers had an agenda. Ruined what could’ve been an interesting season.
Sad that they don’t let you choose who you really want to get to know and they tell you what to do.
Such an interesting discussion between the two of you. I knew Love Island was scripted but not to the level of doing 3 retakes for 'I have a text!!!!!!' and being told who to go for. Pretty eye-opening - thanks for the honesty Jay.
Can relate to the hard training talk too having been a 400m Hurdler for my county - it's friggin hard esp winter track and hill sessions! There is one area of fitness I think has a gap in the market but agree it's very over saturated. Good luck both of you with your podcast(s) and fitness plans 👊💕💪

Kinda sucks about the Paige part bc I remember thinking they had instant chemistry and Paige was literally lit up from within when she was talking to him lol, but then it was like nothing and he went for Ekin. It made zero sense as a viewer actually. I guess the producers wanted to keep pushing Paige/Jacques, but it's a real shame bc I think Jay would've actually been such a good match for Paige. Instead he got wasted on Ekin, who just used him for a storyline. Seemed pretty obvious the producers pushed him towards Ekin bc she had no other guy going for her and they didn't want her to leave.
