- What Does Super Frozen Mean?
What makes Fish for Sushi's Tuna quality superior to most you can buy in the market? The fact that it's Super Frozen. Super freezing stops the natural decay that begins when the fish is caught. When defrosted, Super Tuna revives to exactly the moment it was frozen, right after catch on the Tuna boat. Super frozen tuna is all-natural Tuna, with no preservatives.

Thank you for uploading and sharing this video of " Frozen Tuna Processing Line in Factory - Tuna Processing and Packing " ! Awesome ! 🐟👍
Nothing awesome about this butchery.
How are workers trained and protected in the processing factory?
They seem more like carpenters than fish processors.
Very enjoyable video with surprisingly soothing music!
Great, we love your work.
I love tuna with chilli and garlic. Yammy 😋
wow it is super easy to clean the fish when its frozen 👍
Tuna doesn't have regular fish scales as we know it. It has "skin", same as for example, sharks or other big deep marine fishes. That's why it's much easier to clean it from its skin even when it's not frozen and fresh. Just with big very sharp knife.
Incredible food factory…not sure what else to call it.
What Does Super Frozen TUNA Mean? this shows something very extraordinary, really a very useful work, Awesome...!!! thank you for uploading this video guys
We must freeze and retain them at -40 F. When they trim the tail end off and put it in water, the way it swells will tell the story. Also, they must be frozen with the spines straight so as not to waste any of the four loins you cut out. This all affects our landing price.
@@ConvairDart106 it’s all liquid nitrogen right? I met a guy on a job site who used to be in charge of shipping them in containers from I think the west coast of US. It’s like over $1m a container 😅
Respect to Japan for making it so easy to get delicious fresh caught tuna in my local supermarket
They r not doing service.. It's their business
most of the tuna in japan are imported from from south east asian countries so you dont need to thank them cause they are making it more expensive for your countries
Respect . Absolute rot man. what's to respect about this.
No respect for Japan here. Japan just imports most of its Tuna from other nearby regions countries, even Russia, produces all variety of products with it and because that it's just from Japan and not those other countries the cost of those products skyrockets for your market and for your wallet.
All that work to make such a processed product from a perfectly good fish.
Tuna are cool !!
Masha'allah....
Enjoyed and thumbs up
I'd hate to have a frozen tuna fall on me. Thank you for the video.
Every time you buy tuna at the market this is what your supporting..
that boat was spotless.

Well that's crazy. I didn't know how industrialized Tuna was till now.
Were you living under a rock, and they are multiplying more than what they are caught... jsyk
and in couple years tuna will dissapper.
@@valmettirakkori2563 no. no, they wont. In a few decades? Maybe, without proper conservation. but they're still catching huge hauls from massive schools on a regular basis
@@valmettirakkori2563 false
*its a lot of hard work im impressed by how cheap it is* you can buy a small can for like $1-2.80 and a big one for $3-4.80 dollars
In Japan fresh big cut of tuna can cost more than 1000$ in some fancy restaurants up there! What is cheap are left overs from those big pieces.
Waw amazing!!!
It’s amazing they all still have 5 fingers 😂
oh cutting fishes by machine ah🤣🤣
La primera canción parece la de grupo jalado "Que te vaya bien" jajaja sentia que en cualquier momento iba a empezar a cantar jajaja
Very nice I'm from Pakistan
These tuna look like they doing the pog face
Long line fishing boat CT7
Verry hard working no one knows you have no rest at all.

What do you need explained? I could try to help ya
I respect ppl Japan they made everything perfect no cheating
💗💛
Respect to these hard working people
We Need more videos about what we eat from a can.
Great!
4:09 - 4:14 drifting fork lift haha
WOW AWESOME
very good...
Fascinating video. I would NOT want to be the guy who has to use that band saw to cut up the large, frozen tuna though. No safety guards and one slip and you could lose your hand. During a long day it would be too east to become complacent. Nope.
That's a "working conditions" for a cheap labor that you get everywhere around the globe.
It’s amazing how they’re flopping around being frozen solid. How do they do that?
Technology of deep freezing. Nothing special.
Excellent presentation
Big Like 👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹Have a nice day 🌷🌺🌹
Greeting from Bangladesh ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
SANA ALL FARM !
God bless you
For me a lot of the fish is being wasted I'm from the Caribbean the only thing throwing away is the gills and scales 😀
That statement says to me you are not faking it LOL. No 'fillet' for Caribbean people, give us the whole fish.
And in my place, nothing goes to waste even gills and scales. 😆
That is so relaxing 😊
IT's a disgusting trade.
Its yamabeshi company where i worked for one n half year
Company is very hygiene n workers are so friendly miss u 中村 先生👩🏫
Nice.😊🤟🤟..it seems like potatoes bein cut for the fries at the cutting machine..😜😜
Fish fries.
Still I'm thankful ...got tuna on my sandwich
The fish are stacked up like fire wood . One day this will be looked at like ,we used to have a lot of fishlike this but we ATE them all.

i always thought that tuna was hand cut and packed one by one, lol.........
hmmm. love this.. more and more.. Greed is Good
Anybody ever ask themselves who came up with the idea of how to build these machines…. It’s sooo hard for me to believe a human sat down and drew up the blue print to mass produce fish …. deep down I feel these technologies came from the heavens a spirit was put into someone to have came up with these ideas ….
God is very kind see what he gave to a human being to eat God need to be praise every minuts of the day ik from biafra country
Amazing great😃😃😃
Lots of frozen tuna😁
these are big fish :D
Yes
Hard job
Just like working with woods
damn 08:36 very easy to loose your hand ... dangerous work.
That's the same thing that I was thinking.
to lose a whole hand (palm + a set of 5 fingers) at once will happen only if the worker is really not concentrated at his work. for example: if he suddenly has a whim to dance there like a ballerina with both his arms stretched to the sides.
Yet to lose a finger or more while slicing can be dangerously expected 🤢🤭
@@ronen124 and stoned .. 🤣
Thought the fish in the thumbnail were some rad slippers. That is all.
Tuna like ice after frozen
Long line japan,,,i like.
This show over fishing and tuna population around the world is about 10/% left

Looky here guys over fishing of a certain fish at it's finest
How about you show some respect to the tuna and stop being such a drama queen
This is a disaster in the making they should bring other food options or farm the tuna not hunt in international waters
@@tazviwanamazuru9968 they do farm tuna but they still go and fish international waters
Obligements Noal Farm... Never knew the lengthy process. I know damn good & well, my cat didn't.
Developed countries are all sophisticated.
God damm!! They killing all the tunna from small to big.
😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦
😂😂😂
😄😄😄😄😋😋😋😋
Yes.. While they say their going to be extinct but they are the one abusively catching it
they kill everything
Do these factories do something by the sea?
Wow
It would be nice to have some more explanation as to what is going on and what and where all the different cuts are going to. Very interesting.
Cuts are going on grounded "meat" that you saw here. Cuts with bones usually are dried, made into powder and used as fertilizers or animal additional nutriens in animal food.
sugui 😍
hello good afternoon thank you for being beautiful thank you for being wonderful I hope you have a great day. Goodnight the greatness in you is beautiful
Hey wheres all the tuna? I can't catch any, any where I go? Hmmm That's weird?!?1
Guts still inside of them.💣💣💣
Маленькая страна с большим аппетитом!
There should be a size limit on the tuna!
Here you saw just a minor size Tunas. Not fully grown up. Grown up huge Tunas can be up to 2 meters long and scale up to more than 70-100+ kg. Those tunas are considered as "elite" product and can cost more than 500$ for 1kg. It's sold to elite and very expensive restaurants around the world. In Japan those prices rich even higher.
'
yummuy love to eat alot of tunas so good tastey fishy
feeling hungry
When ı am eating tuna, watching one video🤣🤣🤣

Bandsaws scare the daylights out of me. One wrong move and your hand just fell on the conveyor belt, along with some projectile bloodletting.
Tuna are the top ace of the evolution of creatures in the sea. If aliens ever came to earth with technology we could not understand. We could be harvested in very much the same way.
@Teddles Peddles Soylent Green?
Wow they don’t care what size they are!
😍👍
