The better question is why you haven’t ditched console yet? I’ve been a console guy from the PS1/N64 all the way until the PS4.
I’ve also always had a PC and i preferred the console over it. But….
A few friends from work were strictly PC so I started playing the PC more and I seriously haven’t looked back. The last game I played on console was GTA.
Since switching to PC I haven’t payed full price for a game (most I payed nothing for) and my library is at like 1000+ games. Between Epic giving away free games every month, humble bundles (you donate $5-$25 to charity) and receive 5-25 games, and steam summer sales I have more games than ever. Not to mention Xbox game pass now gives PC guys access to all Xbox titles.
Top all that off with the fact any and all peripherals just work with PC, controllers, headsets, wheels, etc. Im never stuck in your spot wishing something worked on console.
I just set up the PC in a closet near the living room so it’s just as convenient as a console, but now I also have a web browser, a Plex server, you name it.
Im not trying to be all “pC mAsTeR rAcE” here but seriously, as a life long console player, I can’t stress enough how much much my gaming experience improved going to pc.

Good timing on the review! I just ordered a KS. When I migrated from Fanatec to Moza I grabbed the FSR and the R9V2. I wanted a pure GT wheel as well similar to the Fanatec M4 GT3 (all i really race is BMWs it seems) but couldnt find a close enough match in MOZA. SO I designed and 3d printed a BMW GT3 wheel. Now MOZA came out with the KS ands its alot closer to a genuine GT wheel, so I had to grab one... and the price point is pretty damn nice. If they offered a KS with bottom hoop... id be in heaven. But I use the FSR when i race protoypes )LMP2 and GTP, and the GT wheel for well... GT3. Check out my CZcams POV channel and see them in action... and eventually the KS when I have it in hand.

I believe the KS-wheel might be a better general purpose GT/Formula wheel, while the FSR and GS are more specialized and premium Formula- and GT-rims.
The reduced mass in the KS does help reduce its moment of inertia, despite it having a larger rim diameter, which is near identical to the GS.
As for future reviews, I wonder how the KS and FSR stack up vs the ES with the Formula mod (and to a lesser degree the GS), for typical open wheel and endurance racing activities.
The ES + Formula mod is Moza’s cheapest Formula/GT-rim option and has the same rim size as the FSR, 11” (28 cm), while having rubber grips like the KS.
I’d like to know how much you’d miss having encoders and analog clutches on the ES vs having those on the KS, GS and FSR.
Perhaps some creative button mapping and having a clutch foot pedal (or a handbrake acting like a hand clutch) could negate this to some extent.
Anyways, keep up making quality content!
I love the realistic look of the KS and this is why I bought it.
The other Moza wheels are too futuristic in term of look for me, I really don't like the RGB strip style rev limiter.

If you're hesitating on the Moza wheels : here's my honest review as I'm feeling that people are a bit too biased on this.
I bought the KS Wheel + GS V2 wheel (Leather version) along with the R9 and R12 wheelbases.
The GS wheel is far superior in terms of quality and feels.
The KS feels like a toy, the button have a "nice" clicky feedback to it, but feel really cheap compared to the GS wheel.
I also thought the plastic handles would be better but they ended up hurting me more than anything.
The only real "advantage" of the KS is the sexy LED RPM bar.
The shifter are quieter but also feels cheap compared to the GS.
But hey, for 300e, KS is a good wheel, but really not a better version from the GS.
About the R9 vs R12 : definitely go for R12 if you can as it doesn't heat as much and have that sweet spot of FFB you'll love.
Which would you recommend for formula racing in AC?
Im a bit late i think😅i have the moza fsr and i love it❤️only the installation of the silencer pads is a pain😅

Would you choose the gs over the ks? Or just skip the gs altogether and go for the fsr

I have the ks wheel here and I'm not so enthusiastic. Squeaky buttons, shifters have different pressure points and moza's customer service is a disaster.
