I liked the few moments when he got upset and actually started sounding like a boss, it made him seem like he always knows what's going on he just wants to be positive around everyone and try and get them to be positive too and it makes him come across as a competent boss.

That‘s because in the Michael Scott Paper Company arc it was revealed that Michael „drinks“ his coffee with basically 100% sugar. That explains a lot of his behavior.
part of me thinks that pam fighting so hard to get michael to be succesful, is sweet. but another part of me thinks it's sad that she's doing so much for a person who makes her job harder
She probably only had a job because of Michael. She would’ve been replaced by a machine if it wasn’t for him

Jan tasked her with writing what Michael does all day and although Michael is annoying, she probably feels bad and wants him to look like he does well so he doesn’t get fired since he is usually at least nice, just kinda dumb lol
@@dcm_rAnd Michael genuinely cares about Pam. He was the only one to show up for, and encourage her art pieces. Roy did so because he thought he was expected to and Oscar showed up but was less than supportive.
And Michael fought for her when they sold the Michael Scott Paper Company, getting her a job as a salesperson.
I think their relationship was far healthier than most.

I love how everyone is Micheal's baby sitter.
How could Craig keep a straight face when talking about "fluffy fingers"? That kind of dialogue would be impossible for me to keep from giggling. When I was asked to perform Bruce's Song as a funeral eulogy in acting class, I was giggling so hard that I was crying by the third stanza. Craig is a genius in this show. Another hysterical moment is when his character is trying to convince Michael not to jump off the building. You can even see John almost break character then.

I seriously had management years ago on a retail store wanted us to list everything we did for the day, I made I put in scratched my head , helped customer she asked about fish and then we talked about the weather ...I was sending pages up on pages in ,they go what's this ? I said you wanted to know what I did all day sooo. ... They just go no we just wanted to know how much freight you worked. I said I'm writing everything I did ..ohh that reminds me ,went to bathroom and took a 🤬 before hanging papers in. They quit doing it real quick as soon as everyone else started doing it...we were getting less work done 🤣🤣
