Hi Caroline, with spooky timing hold fire before you book - I literally have a new video coming out on this hotel within the next 24 hours! I book through the Meliá app as you get a 5% discount and sometimes free drinks etc - but has to be through the app and you have to be a Melia Rewards member (free to sign up)

I was there in 2012! While we were exploring volcanic mountain in the tour bus the guide lady telling us look at that hotel bigger then the village ! Me and my wife were quietly smiling.
This was the best hotel we ever stayed it had its own desperate Restaurent plenty of restaurants to choose from including Japanese, Indian etc.

@@MomentsInTheSky what is the wind like there? We used to go to Sandos San Blas over the years early January and that would be a bit of a wind tunnel at times!
Not too bad..I usually fly my drone up the shoreline and never had an issue - it’s protected quite well from the close mountains too

Скажите, пожалуйста, а а этой местности есть куда ходить помимо отеля ? То что отель прекрасный - да, это видно . Ч имею в виду , набережная , магазины , улицы.
@@Sommer-jd2vh улицы чисто местные, то есть без шика, хотя были магазины брендовой одежды. Если идти дальше, то справа будет местный пляж с вулканическим песком. То есть светлые вещи исключают я, все будет чёрным. Прямо напротив отеля большая автозаправочная с маркетом. Можно спуститься вниз, там прекрасная территория с посадка и, зонами отдыха и тп. Пройдёте его и можете подняться и попасть в местное кафе. А так, променад, шик это поездки на такси самостоятельно или экскурсии
If you like Guia de Isora then check out La Palma. We stay at La Palma & Teneguia Princess. It’s not as posh but a great place and the island is spectacular

Quick question. if you book through their website does this mean when you book the room you get the all inclusive package and everything is already paid for? Also we were thinking of going in February would it be warm enough then? I have never been to Tenerife
Hi Conor, I've always booked through their website but sometimes they have additional discounts if you book through the app.
There are varying levels of packages you can get (lots in fact!), everything from B&B to full board inc. drinks. The drinks aren't overly expensive so I've only ever booked the basic bed and breakfast.
February is a great time to go - I'm back in January and it's lovely. In the evenings, take a light sweater or something as it can be a little cool but overall, very warm during the day.
How deep is the main pool looking to go in December will it be warm

Hello Adam, sorry for the slight delay in responding - I was doing a live from the airport last night!
As luck would have it I’m staying at the hotel right now - I’ve checked and the main pool is no more than one metre deep at its deepest point.
December is a lovely time to visit. It’ll be very warm but not so warm that you can’t go out during the day. Evenings can be a bit nippy so bring a jumper etc
