I now have a six-figure income, am stronger, healthier, and have more free time to spend with my loved ones. I am living my life for me and feel happier for it. Change your mentality, read self help books, broaden your knowledge, budget and avoid impulse spending, save, take your finances seriously, eat healthy, exercise your body, meditate; the list goes on....

I learned to be frugal, minimal on spending and paying myself first through investing, made plans, growing passive income, read a lot of books on finance, followed my plans consistently

As the year was coming to a close I was freaking out and getting overwhelmed. But then I did my good vs bad lists and it turned out 2023 was actually a great year. I was just focusing too much on the things that didn't go well. It completely improved my mood and got me excited for the New Year 💃🏾

just did my year in review and I was pleasantly surprised to find it difficult to write out "the bads." i only wrote down three, which is so nice to see laid out because i thought this year was tougher than it actually was. my "goods" on the other hand? i couldn't stop writing about them haha.
