Sammmme ! Just as I got done writing a journal of Grace to myself speaking of forgiving my past self & promising myself to nurture myself to grow into my purpose for which I was created. As soon as I came on CZcams her video was the VERY 1st video & I smiled and tears filled my eyes DEFINITELY was GOD SENT !

I made a whole new mini vision board (made a big one yesterday) as I was listening to you. I’ll be honest. This is the first time I actually grab a notebook to take notes. I had to pause the video because I’m on the part of “Spend time alone” … see I believe I’ve mastered that already. I love being alone. What I need to work on now is learning how to come OUT of that. Learning how to connect with people again. Not fearing connections. I hope this makes sense. I would love a video on this or some tips… I’ve just been through a lot of back stabbing so that’s what brought me onto this journey of solitude.

omg im going through the same thing as you. except my default to being alone isn't bc of betrayal but more bc of feeling SO self-conscious about myself. whats crazy is that i used to be the far opposite of this and i think it started during and after the pandemic - something changed and now im ike a little hermit that can't/won't come out of her shell.
@@madzwrld14 FELT!!!! 🥺 I used to be so outgoing too. Then I had my son in 2019 and then BAM 2020 pandemic! Omg wow. I feel this heavily girl. But that’s why it’s sooo important for us to dig deep and find the root. Practice more self love. Do things you enjoy doing. Journal positive affirmations. Repeat them to yourself. It’s a journey and won’t happen overnight. But it’s worth it 🤍🙏🏼
@@madzwrld14same bro what I did was to create a group for myself to attract natural and authentic people that likes the same things I do . Like learning about self love , fitness , nutrition. I believe if you can attract that within your community you can do it anywhere.
Ahhh I feel exactly the same way girl... Was done dirty by my oldest friend who secretly hated me, and had to cut off some other friendships due to baggage/trauma bonding.
I'm too comfortable spending time on my own and Im trying to Work out how tf to put myself back out there when I struggle to trust and truly open up!?! I'm also big on protecting my energy and have no space for anyone not aligned with that. Good luck! I believe viewing videos like this show we are heading in the right direction.. ❤️❤️

Omg I definitely needed this video!! I've been going through this thing where sometimes when I hang out with my friends or family I function from such a low vibration due to negative energies i have to cope with, being a different person (masks) around them as well as some jealousies im not proud of at all (shadow), and when I do i just feel so horrible about myself coz im like "damn did i really just spend the day being the lowest version of myself", what you talked about in this video is really something im trying to currently work on so thanks for talking about it!!
