I'm pretty sure they reviewed Howlin' Rays in LA Chinatown, which opened around 2016 or so. There is also a New Orleans style po boy sandwiches place, Little Jewel of New Orleans, and a burger place, Burger Lords, in LA Chinatown. Many old school restaurants are closing, since most people are going to the SGV for Chinese food. So, lots of open restaurant space.
Does tofu tofu always serve the black bean noodles I didn’t see it in there menu when I looked it up. But maybe I just am not seeing it and have to go there. Looks mad good thank you !!
Branch out from Chinatown. Try Joju Vietnamese fusion sandwiches in Elmhurst Queens. Their kimchi fries are dope too. Shout me out too Eric E lab Rit D if you go.

I like galbi and beef bulgogi. Others are like octopus, some fish fries, seasoned pan fried flatfish and kim chi pork dish.
Whenever it’s safe I’ll be traveling from Dallas to eat all this delicious food 😩
