The Police Lied to me...

I got a "speeding" ticket in my BMW 335i for doing the same thing as everyone else around me. Yes I say I was doing 60 in the video and he does hit me for 5 over which is accurate. That still does not change the fact the ticket says "lidar 70 in a 55" when the judge sees it, and it does not change the fact every other car around me was going the same speed if not faster. I want to clarify that ALL of my prior speeding tickets were accumulated between the ages 16-19 (6 of 7 in a e90 BMW 325i and 1 in my 350z) and it has been 5+ years since I have last gotten a ticket. I used to cruise everywhere I was going 10-20 over the limit because I thought it was cool, but I have since matured and learned my lesson. Since these tickets I have been more than aware of my speed and have probably become one of the more annoying people to ride with since I go so slow. But behold it never mattered how aware I was, since the cops can lie anyways.

You can request the body cam and footage from the vehicle all I have to say is always keep your composure and never say anything just awnser their questions go on your way and fight it in court 🎉

I LOVE when they say they are adjusting it from 15-5.....Like that makes a difference. AND WHY can you just do that? They like to make up their own rules. Bro YOU NEED a dashcam that records speed. I bough one for my kids and Christmas I always give one out to someone. Everyone needs one.
ALWAYS fight the ticket. Most times they'll drop the ticket. More so if the cop doesnt show. Even if you rep yourself. It isnt going to hurt to try.
