with Micah Nelson on Guitar - Hudba
Song is what 55 years old and still rocks…a master at work.
Neil is in a league of his own.
That's for sure 💯 👌
League of undistinguished yappers. 🤷
@@thomastherriault8632 not really sure what that means, but yes he's a genius.
Nobody doubles their chin like this fat old fart when he's trying to play lead guitar, that's undeniable.
Always has been…
It just doesn't get better than this . What is around today , isn't fit to tie Neil's Boots . God Bless This Crazy Horse .
Spiritual music played by old men who must see the horizon now. No-one can replace them when they are gone.
You can tell that Neil is from an era when quality mattered.
love it when NY plays with crazy horse
Neil Young is and will always be the very best!! He is fabulous
Its never long enough✌️
Indeed !! Even 30' would be fine by me
Awesome song and Awesome Artist !! Saw Neil at Great Woods in Massachusetts in 86 and 87 and many other times !! Love playing My My Hey Hey Acoustic and Electric Versions and alot of his other songs on my Guitar at Home !! Keep on Rockin in the Free World Neil !!!

Absolutely fantastic

I will be there😊
Me too...come to Portugal Neil lets celebrate 50 years of freedom together!
Yes please come to France
This is brilliant . Lush deep dark guitar playing . Neil on top of his game here
We are going to see him in 3 weeks when he comes to Toronto, and I know I am dating myself, but the first time I saw him was in 71 at Massey Hall. Hard to believe he is still up there performing
Good stuff! He is always so tight, amazing singer song writer! He da man!
Am I in heaven? Amazing Crazy Horse album with Down by the River! I bought this album when I was 16. Still sound great. 😊❤

Amazing ✌️✌️ Great - Song ✌️👻✌️... wieder eine der unzähligen genialen Versionen von Superstar Neil Young ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️
First heard this on what was then considered an "underground" station, WGLD in Chicago, back in 69. Been a fan ever since. Ageless Neil Young
Neil is the man!!!
Neil young with a Gretsch and a tweed amp = my next project to demo someday….
He is nostalgia at its best
Thx soo much for this Todd. Great vid!Neil & The Horse RULE! Seen him lots LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤❤❤
Flannel shirt guitar heaven
Master Neil Young, forever in mto heart!!❤❤❤
Love Neil Young❤
Very cool , Willie’s kid along for the ride . Sounds good ! See ya in Denver .
Spent more hours bedroom jamming to that song than any other. 🎸
I cannot imagine my guitar staying in tune for 16:14. Incredible.
Just a killer song. Thanks for posting.
Killer song. One of Neil’s very BEST! Thankful to see this video - appreciate it! I heard this live back in ‘99 on the CSNY tour - he was in a zone then, as he is now!! Love this man. Soulful to the core!
Still have those huge amp stage props from 30 years ago. Cool!
Thank you, Tood! Listening through the songs. Sounds fantastic! Strange water droplets keep forming in my eyes.
I get the water droplets thing. My vision was blurred several times last night here in Phoenix. Nostalgia is a great thing for us old folks. Love it!
Smell the Horse on this one. I am seeing this show in a few days, I cannot wait!
I was on the rail, right in front of Micah. He's an incredible replacement for Poncho (although I DO miss Poncho.) Micah is adding a newish dimension to the whole band's sound. Long live the Horse!!!!!
Rust Never Sleeps
You mean Nils , Nils replaced Poncho , Micah is probably a stand in .
Micah sounds better than Nils!
@@bjwnashe5589 Nils is one top Guitarist in the world but really I could not tell on this audio of Micah playing .
poncho Asta la vista
This tour is history in the making.
I was there, way in the back where it was still mesmerizing. Thanks for sharing this better view.
I was there also !! Great show
Thanks for this Crazy Horse! 🎸🔥
Neil 💛🎸☮
The Legend ✌️...ist in ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️
No rehearsal...no problem! To say this is loose is an understatement 😬
Thank you for these outstanding videos ✌🏽
I'm seeing Neil in a couple of weeks. I really hope the setlist is similar to this show.
❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks so much for posting this great video.
fantastic, be great to see poncho reunite..timeless
Damn, I just love this man!
Merci beaucoup magnifique vidéo je suis très heureuse de voir Neil Young fabuleux concert Gros bisous amicalement Magali 🐾 🎶🐦🎼🐓🌳🚴♀️💯pour 💯 Music 🤟
Merci 👋 bisous 😚 amicalement Magali
Neil Young sounds the same this is history❤
Neben " Cortez the Killer , Ramada Inn , Like a Hurricane , Like a Giants , Cowgirl in the Sand...und vielen anderen...eine der besten Songs von Superstar Neil Young ✌️✌️
I’ve been to a lot Neil shows, but this one was something special. Cortez with that missing verse to open!? What a night! Night 2 in SD was no slouch either with all those Ragged Glory cuts!
And then it started misting a light rain as soon as Cortez started being played. Felt almost mystical. … only thing I regret about night 1 is not also going to night 2. Was really hoping to see some ragged glory cuts and those all went down on night 2. Either way, one of the best if not thee best Neil show I’ve seen. I really liked the prairie wind tour and the greendale tour as well.
Good for you.
It sounds from this bit that you had quite the experience.
The sound here is quite good- I imagine it sounded very good in person.
#1Neil. Environment man. rainbows. low carbon tours. solar guitar. u can do it man
Great stuff. I would have liked to see Nils up there also
Even Nils cannot be everywhere .
Thanks 😄🗿
Badass
Hope he plays this at pine knob in two days. One of my faves from him.
Wow Crazy Horse used to be a regular opener at The Rock Pile 888 Yonge Street in the late 1960's and I was there every Friday and Saturday night watching all the best Rock and Roll acts since i was 15.
What city or town was that?
Micah Nelson, Willie Nelson son playing guitar and vocals on far left...
Just like old Fender Tweed amps, Neil's music is enduring and still relevant to the times!
RUST NEVER SLEEPS Tour Set Props. Theatrical Production.
In this concert Neil and Crazy Horse, are the rebirth of thel Dead.
A little slower but still rockin’ it!
Its always played slow I've seen him do this 20x. Thats Neil & The Horse!!!
sounds like it did 47 years ago when I had headphones on and sitting in rocking chair, Bliss:)
Jesus God please play this in Austin
Got my favorite brown beverage. Gonna break from reading comments and listen to the ragged glory.
Give me Neil any day over the Guitar Gods of the 60’s and 70’s
Neil is the Guitar god from the 60's,
70"s, 80's, 90's, 00"s, 10"s, 20's.
@@artvallejos1460
I 2nd that comment.
He is Canadian 🇨🇦✌️🍻
Effin' A. Still got that thing!
Down by the river is where I live...in my van...off the grid...eating government cheese.
Horse is kinda slow but stil it rides. Long live Neil & the Horse
Neil & The Horse ALWAYS played this & many others slow!!! The best way!!!
@@cheriser1573 It kinda makes them ageless in a way, old punk bands struggle to keep up with their old speed for example.
Do leaders really ever stop leading? Could this warrior on the good red road still be on the cutting edge of a better tomorrow? Has the answer been in the song all along ? I hear, War is over if you want it baby 21st century Neil Young.
Is this the story of a Johnnie Rotten.....
David Gilmour has a new solo album coming out this fall though I'm glad you old dudes are still around to show us the way. It's going to be a BAD day when you leave...
This much madness is to much sorrow.
I love this, however do you wear earplugs to protect your ears, ofter all these years.
I informed my insurance agency that if I have a heart attack, it will be because of you!
Talbot sure looks old these days. I’ve always liked his approach.
He's still a great musician, but he IS 80 years old, and he's a stroke survivor. Kudos to Billy!
He just focusses on what he has to do, cuts out all the internal and external 'noise', quite inspiring really,
Jeeves, bring me my poor people attire
Stills was here?
Are those gigantic amps real or stage props???
Props. From 1978 rust never sleeps tour.
@@markrushton1516I wonder where they have been all these years?
Bands often keep things in storage. Genesis had the original Gabriel costumes and hired them out to a UK tribute act. Never know when you want to revive things
Damn right old man I dare Keith Richards to play like that anymore you're smoking us all...
How is that 2 :nd guitarist? Looks young ( sic ) -
Micah Nelson
Willie Nelsons Son Micah. A member of "Promise of the Real" band.
He filled in for Nils Lofgren who is touring now with Bruce Springsteen. Billy Talbot on bass is the only Crazy Horse musician on this tour. FYI, Billy is 80 years old!
@@Mike-ik9qt And Ralph Molina on drums -
IS THAT THE ORIGINAL BAND /???? I DONT RECOGNISE THEM !! GETTING ON LIKE ME!! STILL BRILLIANT!
The only one who isn’t original is the guy on the left who is Micah Nelson (son of Willie). Poncho is now retired.
@@jeffkahl OH YEA THANKS F THAT. ONE LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When did the sons of anarchy guy quit the motorcycle club and join Neil Young's band???
Hey old farts the audience is over here
Ahh rock music. A bunch of 80 year olds on stage.
Ur point??...........
rock is dead as shit.@@prsguitars42
Playing a glorious noise.
Term limits
Old farts listening to old farts.
If an old fart farts in the woods and there is nobody there to hear it, does the fart make a sound (or disappear silently in the wind…)
Better than the shit you listen to
Do try to keep up.
Someday u will b 1...if your not already- inside
Listening is the key word in your statement. We listen instead of taking selfies and spending the rest of the night looking at the social media number to make sure the world approves of us.
The geezer tour. Retire.
Someone's Fortunate Son on rhythm guitar there - Willie Nelson's son? Nepotism in sacred places annoys me. I wish he'd picked an older nobody (like me... haha) who knows Neil's music and vibe and can play like he means it too.
Um he grew up around Neil because of his Dad and Neil doing Farm Aid so it make’s perfect sense to me
Do you move in those circles? if not how could he know about you?
The lyrics are a weird. Shoots his girlfriend dead, down by the river, and everybody is singing along? When you’re a lefty, you can say anything you want…
Retire
Yawn--hang it up Neil.
Replace the drummer. Pick it up buddy.
He moves and looks like the fentanyl addicts in Philadelphia!😅
Well that was disrespectful and rude ! He is almost 80 killing it on the guitar …what kind of music do you make ? Perhaps focus on positive things in life instead of some lame stupid dumb comment !
Moves and looks same as he has for 50 years....that's his trance.
@@MusicVault Thank you!
Lol..He moves better than you and your little itty-bitty fingers on your keyboard.
@@MusicVault
Lol. mrabrasive gave himself a thumbs up . that's the kind we are dealing with. Neil Rocks.
Neil Young.... so woke he did cancelled himself
Yet here you are.
Just exactly why are you here then??? Clearly backfired. BIPP.
What?
I don't care about his political beliefs, is he lecturing the audience like Mellencamp? If not, great, as the music is fantastic.
They look like the guys that used to hang out down by the river. Sound like them to.. Yuck.
If you have just 1 song could you put it on CZcams.? Thanks.
As much as I like Neil over the years, this video was hard to watch. Unsteady on the camera and out of focus pretty much ruined it.
@@369dusty haha nice try ! Wrong ! Focused the entire time! Let’s see what you got ?
These old timers never no when to quit. They stay until they embarrass themselves and finally people laugh and boo them.
If you have just 1 song could you put it on CZcams so we can see if you are any good? Thanks.
Wow, ignorant much?
Yeah they look old, but they still sound great unlike Bon Jovi, the Who and the Eagles and they don't use backing tapes. This is timeless music, still played with heart and soul.
