How can we test for Insulin Resistance? What blood tests are needed for evaluation?

Eat all the saturated fat you want. Ease into it. Stop seed oils. Get fasting too. Then ease into fats. No coconut oil, no olive oil, no corn soy canola etc. Eat butter, eggs, tallow, lard. Even a bit less protein than usual can clear things out.

Can I test for insulin reaction at home?

nope currently lab based blood test only but an easy home test is exactly what we should all be doing however the technology isn't there yet
