I will purchase this especially knowing it is MADE IN THE USA!!! I know you guys are butchers but I'm glad to see y'all step out and cover a little more territory and expose what seems to be what very few people realize that teflon pans although easy to clean are a toxic waste dump for your body when you cook with them! I finally realized years ago when I saw my teflon pans losing material and keep in mind that I ONLY used plastic on it to prevent peeling and scratching but yet it STILL peels over time from use and that the crap is going into your digestive system in addition to other exposure to toxic items, we don't need anymore help in that category so we went with iron and stainless steel pans and have never looked back. I've actually mastered cooking on iron to where my eggs don't even stick anymore by using bacon rendered fat and making sure the temperature is right....not too hot and not too cool, about medium heat will minimizing any sticking.
Very enjoyable to watch a craftsman produce an American product.
Iâm with you on that
Love these pans and everything about them. These pans are of the values we used to have as a country, time to bring them back.
Great that the young man was in there learning a skill.
This blacksmith is like 5 minutes from my mother-in-law!!! So freaking happy to see y'all partnering with someone in our backyard!! â€
@34:39 I noticed the gun in a pocket holster and couldn't believe my eyes. I worked for 50 years and never needed a gun. Love The Bearded Butchers videos. đđG'day from Gympie, Queensland Australia.
Love the old school process and the American made with American materials. Great video, BB's! đșđČ
I love seeing small shops doing a heavier industrial application. This is how we bring our manufacturing back. Grass roots kids.đ
I feel like this a well deserved execution of a Teflon pan. Well done.
I watch the whole thing and at the end the best part was to watch use, enjoy cutting into the meat and telling us about the cuts but instead you handed each other little pieces and said goodbye
The best thing is that Dan's marriage outlasted the pan, and I'm rooting for at least an 8X. God Bless.
đ
This is America at its finest, yall are amazing. I literally am opening up a food truck and yalls seasonings have been my life in the BBQ bizz. Keep it up fellas we al look up to guys like you.
We appreciate that so much! Good luck with your food truck!
Love those pans! You can season carbon steel just like cast iron and much stronger and lighter for sure. Great idea.
We love them too! Thank you!
@@TheBeardedButchers Dutch ovens coming soon?!?!
Love these longer form videos tangential to the butcher business that shows the dedication to craft and quality across your partners, well done boys!
I always find the metal working business so fascinating. From forging automotive parts, to this. Well done!
Yeah itâs a pretty cool process, when I was in the military I used to pour parts for submarines and then they would go down to the machine shop to be refined đșđž
Living in Columbus, I know of this place mainly from co-workers that I had while working at Buckeye Steel some years ago! Then me and my family saw it as we were down in Hocking Hills renting a cabin and drove around the area to eyeball the business's and see what goes on in that area of Ohio! I was a chipper and grinder when I worked at Buckeye Steel and know all about the Slow part when grinding steel.....slow and easy really gets it done! Very Cool change of "Menu" in this video.....but STILL delicious to watch! Just a great learning experience for the B&B Families AND The viewers! I very much appreciate my Seat in this Community! Blessings From COW-lumbus, Ohio MOO From Down The Roadđ
Great to see two masters of their craft. I would buy this pan alone for the passion that goes into it, regardless that its an awesome colab!
LOVE IT!!! Good god I want one of these pans. Amazing craftsmanship, whole thought process makes it so special. If I ever make it to America I'll bed looking to bring one home to Australia. Love your work, love your vids, drool like a fool for your products!! Keep up the great work guys.
Thank you Jude, we are glad you enjoyed the video!

So lucky get the experience to forge your own pan, is like a memorial in a life time..
It was an awesome experience for sure!
Nice!!! This was def cool to see. I'm fascinated by metal working . Ihave a jabit of grabbing extremely hot things because I usually don't pay attention and burn myself..
Made in USA with USA materials is awesome as well.. we need to make America great again but is kind of hard with a few select groups of people that...... Well I decided against continuing that thought
Got one of these pans for Fatherâs Day, absolutely love it
THATâŠis awesome! Love the pans guys. We stopped using Teflon coated pans long ago. Have a couple cast iron ones that get used every day seasoned with lard.
I was thrilled to watch this! I have a lady friend who forges custom jewelry, etc. Mad respect for y'all being such good students.
And the "whole cow" video rocked, too.
Good old fashion Workmanship with the touch of modern technology.
Fascinating! My grandfather had a fan like this one in his shop where he made/adjusted horseshoes. This video elicited fond memories of spending time on the farm as a child. Priceless.
What pure craftsmanship. What art! - Totally loved watching this entire video. - Thanks so much!.
Are there plans for anyhing bigger than a 10" pan - I'd like to see a 12" or 13".
The rustic look of the pan is amazing. - Who doesn't like an endless warranty these days?
Exactly how it should be made . Good ol USA appreciate y'all đ
Iâve been using an 8 inch Lockhart skillet, my old cast iron hasnât been used since. Might need to add this 10â to my set! Lockhart US Steel cookware is the best on the market!
Awesome content of stainless steel pans! And American made with American steel! Yay! Giving a nod to the iron ore mines of Northern MinnesotaâŠ.âïž
lol, glad to see you guys making your own PANS! Amazing!
And it's also good to see Dan! đ
I still think you need to make Damascus knives out of your old knives that you put in your junk cabinet. Hell Iâd buy that chef knife.
So right guys can't have that Teflon..It Took me 18Year s of throwing Those off the Deck out to the Hounds...
Great Job Explaining the Difference in Steel versus Cast...
I will be Adding 2 of those Pans you just Showed ,,And Yes THEY WILL BE HANDED DOWN IN MY FAMILY JUST AS MY CAST IRON COLLECTION WILL

Biggest belt drive lathe I've ever seen. Sure a lot bigger than that 50's era Atlas Quick Change lathe I used to use in the garage.
Way cool video! True old school craftsmanship! I might have to have one of them.
God bless you!!! Happy Father's day men!!!
I love the lathe fixture, and the spinning thing with the angle grinder.
You got my subscription in the first 30 seconds.
And - those calipers make you all look skinny!

The best line was "there's a lot of forgery going on in there" đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł

I was taught Blacksmithing by my Grandfather and my Junior High School Blacksmithing Shop Teacher. My ex girlfriend said that I didn't need to have any knowledge of Blacksmithing. I quit her immediately after she said that. When I bought my farm I built an entire wrought iron and cement wall around the entire farm. Talking about saving tons of money! It was a windfall for me.
Live only 30 min. from you guys. Great products! Thanx
Love this post men...i mean i really like it
