If you wish to have great biceps, use 10 and 20 lbs weights, do every movement you can with them, do skull crushers, do lay down presses, do shrugs, do lift out and twists, to be great is to have the body in the longterm, be strong and build dense muscles with less weight but do like reps of 20, if you can do reps of 20s you can handle the weight and can keep moving forward, Rome wasnt built in a day, give your body time to rehabilitate after sets and work out a different group every day you got this bro!
