    I recommend going lighter till failure i know there cheat curls but i can tell from experience for trying to do a couple of cheat curls that those hurt my elbows just looking out for you 👑

    If you wish to have great biceps, use 10 and 20 lbs weights, do every movement you can with them, do skull crushers, do lay down presses, do shrugs, do lift out and twists, to be great is to have the body in the longterm, be strong and build dense muscles with less weight but do like reps of 20, if you can do reps of 20s you can handle the weight and can keep moving forward, Rome wasnt built in a day, give your body time to rehabilitate after sets and work out a different group every day you got this bro!

      @@moodysthenics4789 Indeed, but if he's going to cheat lift with heavy weights as if it's light weight then it would be better for him to not lift at all. To benefit from lifting heavy, you have to do less and rest more. This short alone should be a days work or at least half of it.

    This makes even a cheat curl look bad, when someone says a cheat movement is okay it is but not to this extreme there is no progress being made so if your gonna cheat lower the weight a bit so you can swing but still maintain a decent motion on the bicep. If your curios as to what I mean or it confuses you look up Lee priest explain the cheat curl

    Those are not curls, also doing this doesn't actually grow muscle because your not actually using your bicep to lift the weight. I would say you max curl is around 40 pounds, maybe 50 pounds at max. I'm nearly 300 pounds and my max curl is 85 pounds for 2 to 3 reps 🤦
