Ever get frustrated getting all of the holes drilled for your project only to mount your decor item and notice it's crooked? Here's a quick and easy way to hang anything and avoid that!!
This was much smarter than the excessive number of measurements I usually end up doing when I hang something, and this seems like it would be at least as precise. Thank you for sharing!
Great tip, Emily. When working with tape of any kind, I like to fold an end over to an make easy-pull tab or, in this case, pull tabs on both ends. This requires cutting the tape a bit longer so the pull tab(s) can be made. It only takes an extra few seconds and I find it convenient and very worthwhile.
Love this tip, thanks for sharing. Will make hanging things or even mounting dual fastener cabinet and drawer pulls or towel bars much easier (if you don’t have a fancy jig like the one you demonstrated recently).
Thank you for commenting! This is nice because you don’t have to deal with t the weight of the item while leveling or get your spaced perfectly measured :)
Thank you. This is the best idea ever for hanging up pictures, mirrors, and many other things. I actually thumped myself on the noggin' and said (out loud... and I'm home alone) why didn't I think of that. 🤣😂
Are we ever going to get a tour of the house that you are working on? Very curious to see the scope of the project and what you have done/are planning to do. Love your vids!
Still working on it! I’ll give a full reveal at the end. I think I’m a couple of months from being all the way done. I didn’t take video before but I have photos, so I’ll put some before photos in it as well.
Brilliant tip. 👏
Thank you!!!

Thanks for commenting! It will save you a ton of time! Anytime I can make a template and avoid measuring, I do.
That was awesome!
Thank you!
I will be using that tip tomorrow
Thanks for your kind comment! I'm so glad you can use it!!

Hahah! It’s hard to get the spaces perfectly measured, this way you don’t have to!
