Believe me, when you grow and understand that someone was praying for you and they didn't even know you makes you feel really special and grateful to the Lord. You both have such a golden heart. I am currently 40 weeks and 6 days pregnant with my first baby, and my care team is wanting to induce me possibly tomorrow. I went in yesterday and my blood pressure was elevated and my amniotic fluid was on the low side of normal. If you could pray for me and pray that the baby will come naturally, I would be so grateful. ❤

I loved this so much. Tori is a light shining so lovingly and beautifully - filled with God's grace. I thought I would be a little bit vulnerable and share what I'm going through, just in case anyone else is too. For the past ten years, after my parent's divorce, I picked up a lot of pieces, emotionally, in daily tasks and chores and in responsibilities. I had an older sibling who made this very difficult on me and told a very different story publicly that she was the one doing these things when in reality, she was at home, jobless, waking up at 3pm and not doing much at all. She would often criticise what I was doing or immediately make a mess of what I'd cleaned, or put me down when I'd taken time on myself, or achieved something. My love (or rather the holy spirit working through me) told me to realise that someone has to be deeply, deeply hurting to be living such a different reality to what they were conveying. So in public, I also would uplift and encourage her. Recently, something happened which caused to me speak up for myself - something I rarely do - and this scared her to so much that she started badmouthing me. I believe she fears that I might share her secrets too. The funny thing is, I only told two other people who are close to me, in the hopes that I could be heard. She somehow convinced everyone including these two girls I was not only wrong but had done awful things to her. I don't know how. When I tried to share my side, I would gasp and shake and have to try and yell through my tears. I was called irate and emotionally unstable. My heart tells me not to try and defend myself. I know God is somewhere here but right now, I am so lonely. Hearing words about seeking wise counsel makes me wonder where I will ever find that. I was the loving family girl who would love to marry into a loving family but my own has put me down so badly, I fear I may never find that. Any prayers would be deeply appreciated 🕊🙏🏽 I'm praying over anyone else feeling as lonely as this. I am so sorry

I have walked through the valley of struggling with insecurities because of what my spouse has done in the past and even struggles with in the present. When tori says to replace that worry and insecurity with strategic prayer like you’ve never prayed before, take her advice! Jesus can give you an overflow of grace to reach your spouse. No amount of questioning or nagging will change them the way that God’s grace can, even if you are married to someone who does not yet believe in Jesus. You need to be poured into by the Holy Spirit every single day, so that you can pour out to your spouse every single day. Seek the Lord first and watch transformation happen. Matthew 6:33, 1 Peter 3:1-2💛

I also say if you are going to talk to your friend about a relationship you believe they shouldn’t be in. End & begin the conversation with saying that just because you are saying this doesn’t mean they can’t come to you about their relationship ever again or that the topic of their partner is off limits. I find that is very helpful.
I just started this video but I just wanted to say that it really makes sense that you’re starting to feel like yourself because in my experience, I feel like I started to feel like me again when my son turned six months old and I’ve gotten the same reaction with other moms as well.

I watched a video from Jaclyn Brooke and her now husband Sam when they were still dating a few years ago. They said "The right person at the wrong time is still the wrong thing" and that stuck with me for so long. Now that I'm married, my husband and I talked about how if we had met earlier when we first started using dating apps, we wouldn't have been ready for each other and it wouldn't have been God's timing. Also, I can totally attest to what you said about postpartum sex. I bled for 10-11 weeks, way longer than I expected to and those 2 1/2 months were some of the hardest on our marriage. Give it some time, but it does get better!
Praise God for the grace we get to see and experience towards and from our spouses as an outpouring of what has been given to us by Jesus! Thank you for this video Tori!
