    2kg nappa cabbage( pechay baguio in tagalog)
    1 cup rock salt
    2 tbsp glutinous rice powder
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup garlic minced
    1 tbsp ginger minced
    1 cup onion minced
    1 cup korean chili powder
    1/4 cup fish sauce
    4 tbsp honey
    1 cup radish julienne
    1 cup carrots julienne
    1 cup onion leaves
    1 cup garlic chives (optional)
    4 tbsp liquid seasoning (optional)
    4 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
    2 tbsp sesame oil

    Gumawa kami nito ng gf ko, medyo maalat. Dapat pala 30mins lang binabad sa asin saka pakahugas

      Depende yun sa hugas mo kung ilang beses mo hinugasan. Para sure ka tikman mo muna yung cabbage after mo hugasan ng tatlong beses kung maalat pa o hindi na, yung tamang alat lang dapat kasi i pe-ferment mo pa yun ng mga 2-3days. Habang tumatagal kasi sa pag ferment ng 2-3days mawawala na alat nun at magiging maasim na habang tumatagal sa pag ferment. Ako nga 3hrs.ko pa binababad sa asin, hugas lang katapat nung alat.

      @@krismito3962 sa shopee po meron, just search gochugaru. kapag di po siya nilagay sa ref mabilis po magfeferment and aasim masyado, kaya nilalagay yung kimchi sa ref after 1-3 days in room temperature para bumagal yung fermentation process
