1 kg chinese cabbage
1 cup salt
1/2 cup glutinous powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup korean chili powder
2 stalks of green onion
1 cup of garlic
1 small onion
4 tbsp of fish sauce
3 tbsp of honey
