We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. czcams.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.
Step aerobics is great I wish there were more people doing it today and it's great benefit they that class look like they're having a lot of fun

Mi clase favorita. Como extraño hacerla y es dificil conseguir donde la den. Solo un gimnasio en mi ciudad la daba. Lamentablemente ahora hay otras cosas que estan de moda pero ninguna clase te ayuda a "perderte" y usar al maximo la memoria como esta

did you brake the routine in segments? just wondering it almost looks like there is not one step repeated! Zumba
The choreography has 6 blocks,each block has 32 counts.At the first lesson i teached 3 blocks,at the second lesson i teached again the first 3 plus the forth (1234),at the third lesson 1234 plus 5,at the forth lesson 12345 plus 6 block. i teach the new block always in the beginning of the lesson .Fifth lesson all togetner and sixth lesson all together plus vodeo recording.
