I’ve been seeing a lot of you gig CZcamsrs lately… and a lot of you are focused on hourly rate, when in reality you should be focused on end result. It’s very possible to have an bad hour or two, but then make it up the next few hours. Setting an end day money goal works way better then focusing on hourly rate.

Gunna have good hours… gunna have bad hours, gunna have days you wish would never end… gunna have days you wish you’d stayed in bed. It’s not the gig… the customer doesn’t change. It’s the attitude. If you keep a good attitude and figure out how to beat the bad days so it turns into an average day… you’ve already won.

College students were so chill and relaxed when I picked them up. They just want to get to their drop off.

I quit Dumb Dash 4 years ago as soon as I could not make 300$ a day from them.
Now I do uber, lyft, flex grocery and instacart.
Funny thing about this videos this is almost the same strategy I do for the last 10 years of gig work.
To add, know your traffic patterns and understand where the express ways, fairways and long stretch roads that has no lights, no speed bumps but moves at 30 mph or faster.
I always take the airportrides hands down, because you have an 80% chance of a turn around ride.
I am able to still make 400$ away, but it ain't easy. But keep at it. Be smart.
Lastly (imagine you tak 20 rides and you lose 60+ minutes on waiting LOST) remeber it take an avg of 3 to 4 minutes for a rider come out for rideshare. So,STOP TAKING THOSE SHITTY 4 TO 7 $ RIDES that takes more than 15 minutes total to complete.

How do these apps that tell the best time to work, know how much drivers are earning? They can figure how busy it is by the number of requsts that come in but the actual pay information could vary especially for food delivery and its also dependent on the driver on whether they do food delivery or shop and pay. This seems pretty shady, to have me pay them for information that they have no means of getting from the gig apps.

All to dead zones 110 degrees and no profit at all. 5PM to 6PM is dead as well. Rideshare is all .25 per mile unless your comfort or black. AZ has one of the worst markets.
