This video was a big help to me. Thank you for making. I have a 2015 A4 and it’s similar enough. For anyone with a 2015 two item you will need to do before the switch just pops out. There is a support bracket behind the low dash panel right next to the switch you will need to remove. There is a hex head bolt (10mm?) directly under / behind the bracket on the vertical plane. After removing that bolt the bracket is still attached. To completely remove the bracket you will have to remove a screw with a T-40 bit. The screw is barely visible. Look through the steering wheel between the column and the switch and you will see the screw deep in there. Once the backer is completely loose the switch will pop out just like the rest of the video. Hope this helps someone.

Nein, braucht nicht angelernt zu werden....ist wie eine "alte" Lesespule (Ring um den Schließzylinder) zu sehen. Plug&Play bei richtiger Teilenummer
