Just bought one of this on ebay today. Can't wait untill it comes : ) I'm actually professional painter, so, it is indispensable for me to have one of this, so me and my co-worker can work even faster, cleaner and save up to 25 % on the paint. =)
Good assembly video, but I was looking for some information on the hydraulic oil fill. Did the unit come with the oil already filled?
Just got myne today and assembled it. Tomorrow going to use it first time. Wish me good luck people :)
How did it go?
any ideas on where to get the spray gun diagram just bought a gun repair kit but does not say where the parts go
Is it still possible to get parts for the AL2305 model in australia? I am after the whole block where the inlet, pressure and bypass valve is?
Hi, I have a 1/2hp 0.28 GPM model, do you know if I can run a 519 tip to spray a roof membrain product by Dulux for tile roof on a 75` hose? It is the Australia delivered model, and came with a 315 and 517 tip. Will it have enough pressure for a 519? Thanks!
@sashamarar
Are you satisfied with the airless, after one year or!
I bought (MECART) Aurora 5000 Italian product, but it breaks my membranes twice, and I only colored 2000 square! and now the valve does not work! usually has a warranty, now say the company in Germany, where I bought it now, are not guarantees of membrane!

What type of oil does a Campbell hausfel airless paint sprayer use?
+Perales Eliab Did you find out about the oil. I lost some while cleaning parts and need to replace it.
Oil? It shouldnt require any oil is electric airless machine
The oil is 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil normally but you can use a good quality oil like Shell Tellus High Performance Hydraulic Oil 46# too.
My problem with Campbell Hausfeld is no one can get me parts for an old model. I called 6 different #'s. I need a filter for the gun on a old unit that no one can find, What is the model # of this one in the video?? I'll try that guns filter.
Sir price please
my sprayer doesn't pump
You may need new packings
Jorge duarte where would I find some
Online, look for your model number and look for the packing kit, or a place where they maintance airless machines, usually that kinda maintance would cost around $160 with the parts included
My problem with Campbell Hausfeld is the smaller products they carry are usually Chinese junk. Supposedly their paint systems and bigger air compressors are made in the USA, but their pressure washers and smaller air compressors are made in China. Since I've always had bad luck with the smaller products, why would I want to buy an even more expensive CH product?

Build a striping machine!!!
We have been selling them for 5 years. Not the best professional quality, but certainly no shit quality. Diaphragm sprayers are a bit finicky when it comes to operation. But we have customers that have them a couple of years and they still work.
Theres one for 225$ on craigslist I am looking at...do you know the max. pressure??- it is a MODEL AL232000LE...looks fairly old. i would like at least 2000 pounds for large areas, house, ranch houses...thanks

Campbell Hausfeld spayers are shit! I have 3 right now and none of them work! Buy a Graco and you wont have any problems. Trust me.
Sorry but the video could have been
Just dont buy it. Shit quality for the money you pay. Mine was over a grand or so, and it only worked 2 hours till today. It sudently stoped making nocking sound while working, and the pressure dropped significantly. I tried to repair the machine, but there is no parts shops or representatives of this company here in Portugal, so support is terrible. You can only reach them by calling to their U.S. office. Not satified at all.
