Swordsoul player had a super bricky hand, but did the unthinkable - he ashed his own maxx C to get enough different attribute monsters into GY, which allowed him to summon Protoss. This won him the game vs despia, completely stopping the opponent.

Oof... That Spiral, couldn't even go for Linkuriboh SS is at full power with Protos, but Tear are more hated nowadays so doubt they receive another hit (Or something as silly as Blackout / Taia to 1)

The swordsoul performance was awesome, amazing and excellent. My favorite is swordsoul vs skill drain. Swordsoul can not be taken down by floodgates like that.
Just wondering do you think it runs better without vessel ? And just running 2 circles or was it just to keep it to 40cards also could you run pot pers or hand destruction for consistentcy or is it better to ban 10 for cheng's atk ?
Have you heard anything about a Protos ban or limit? He is arguably op in a bo3 format but as MD is a Bo1, his impact seems to be perfectly balanced imo. He is a blind snipe for going first and a board breaker for turn 2 when getting enough bodies on th Gy and managing to mill or search Protos in the first place. It would be a huge bummer if he would get banned in MD
thats why, the endboard now is not baronne + chixiao anymore, its qixing longyuan + protos, if needed, summon chixiao add emergence search protos and sacrifice chixiao for protos..

is to keep it 40, I choose circle over vessel, for protos consistency..
