Arianpos banishes first and states "than you can add...", so the search is a separate optional effect from the banishing. Recall that in pure ghoti after you banish for effect it always ask "do you wish to add a card to hand" (I think) Othewise I think ghoti need a better way to get more fish into play - you need all 3 tuners and snopios in rotation turn 1 if you want a gooder ghoti deck.
I think getting rid of the Bystials and adding Snopios along with an extra copy of Shif and Paces would be better for consistency. I have Swordsoul after the new pack but I haven't played it so I could be wrong but the Yang Zing cards Baxia etc might be cuttable for another Arianpos and maybe White Aura Whale.
Funny you mentioned it cuz i been seeing a specialist about my low wyrm count 😰. Jokes aside the lab player mustve been asleep at the wheel cuz they are supposed to do all the trap stuff in the bp before you activate evenly. Lovely to try and snipe it or lady to have a body on field and follow up by chaining to the trap they leave on field. If its d barrier they probably come back and win that game.
Can't see the connection between Swordsoul and Ghoti in the video tbh, but it's a good idea. If you just want to get Ghoti in hand you might want to use Small World for it, any tenyi > Adhara/Mo Ye > Ghoti. But that's only it, other starter and bridge might work but it would involve using your handtrap and swordsoul cards which i don't think it would be reccomended. Even after all of this there is still no way to discard them let alone banishing them. Good video tho.
