      While there are certainly a lot of unresolved questions around David Kelly’s death. I find it amusing that so many armchair experts who have presumably never even met the man, yet are so unequivocally sure they know exactly what happened. David’s own widow believes it was suicide, yet somehow you seem to think you’re in a better position to judge his frame of mind in his final days than somebody who’s known him much of his life?
      And did it not occur to you that authors generally write books for the purpose of enriching themselves or their reputation, and so it is in their own interests to often sensationalise, exaggerate, and even sometimes just flat out lie? (Especially when they can hide behind claims that the information comes from their “anonymous security contacts” , like that absolute crank at 37:04)

      Dr David Kelly was under immense pressure; you can see that during his interviews knowing he possibly was apart of us going to war with Iraq. He was a broken man & lived with the pain of guilt, everyday one would imagine. There comes a point you want to shut it down & make it go away.
      The day arrives when enough is enough & he hikes his way to his favourite spot & makes the decision to bring his life to an end. At least he had a conscience unlike Blair & the rest of the goons.
      As to threatening the rest of Dr Kelly's family if they were to speak out??; now one is going into the realms of conspiracy. If the wife, daughter & other family members were suddenly to be picked off one by one, don't you think that would be a little suspicious???

  • @a.aron7008
    @a.aron7008 Před rokem +12

    RIP Dr Kelly. I think looking at his character and history is the most important aspect in reaching a conclusion. His last day is important - he was working, and alert and in good spirits although concerned about the situation. His daughter was due to get married and he would presumably give her away. He had a duty as a father and husband. He would not be financially ruined if he lost his job and was set up to retire. As stated, the 'dark actors playing games' shows he felt he was under scrutiny and potentially a target for dark machinations against him. Both Iraq, and UK/USA may have wished to punish or silence Kelly regarding his work. He had his name on an Iraqi hit list, and he had damaged Blair's main public reason for war.

  • @revenfox
    @revenfox Před 3 lety +22

    He was 'suicided'. Covert operations tactic - sometimes you do not even need a secondary agent to carry this out. It is likely he was put under hypnosis before or after accepting his job or upon hearing classified information. It would be easy enough for his 'handlers' to click their fingers and send him on a dodgy walk up the hill - knife, water, and coprox pills all in hand.
    Let's not forget how he was told that he was 'set up' by the other MPs during his meeting - an irony in and of itself. The point remains that he had no -intention- of suicide at all. Important point: when you are put into interrogation or on a mental health checkup by official forces, when they ask if you have any suicidal tendencies, always say 'NO' and make sure that is well documented.

    A point of procedure - first Police Officer on the scene after a witness call (be it PC, detective or senior) is required to secure the scene and check for signs of life... not stand 8 feet away and do nothing. A seasoned detective could do this without disturbing the scene. Even if it was a suspected suicide attempt, the person could be still alive, in a semi coma from tablets, or hypothermia from the cold. I was taught to always check the individual even if they were unresponsive and grey / white. I find it odd that the first officer on the scene didn't follow procedure. Unless this is poor reporting by the documentary team.

    This is a terrible case. Unfortunately it's going to also be a case where we will never know for sure whether he killed himself or he was murdered. While I wouldn't put anything past those in power in this, or most countries, it seems to me that it would have been difficult for the murder to have been carried out, although that could just be me being uninformed about what's possible. There are so many things about this poor man's death that are suspicious. It could be that he did kill himself. Maybe he took some pills, started to cut his wrist but couldn't bring himself to go through with it, and died of a heart attack. He apparently did have heart disease. His comment about being found dead in the woods could have meant he'd thought about going to the woods and killing himself. And the other hand I find it hard to believe he left his wife who was unwell, with no goodbye or note, and shortly before one of his daughter's wedding. I, like everyone else who didn't know him, don't know what his state of mind was like. Even if he did take his own life, Blair and his fellow criminals are responsible for this honourable man's death.

Would they not draw a line at murdering a respected civil servant? Answer; Their business is killing people. How about the State of Israel? Their active supporters in the the USA had worked hard to make a case for a second Iraq war. Would they not draw a line at murdering a UK civil servant? How about the UK intelligence services? Would they not draw a line at murdering a fellow UK citizen? Not if Northern Ireland is anything to go by. Marylyn Monroe had the fatal dose administered through her anus in a suppository (allegedly) - this was a common MOB tactic in the 60s to OD a victim as a coroner rarely looks up that canal, beyond testing for semen, bruising or injury from a sexual attack. The suppository completely dissolves. Once the person is drugged and have lost control, pills and alcohol are administered via the mouth to evidence the self harm / suicide. I think one analysis on Marilyn suggested that there was not enough in her stomach to kill her. There is such a thing as a professional hit and generally intelligence services work in the shadows, want it to look like a suicide which avoids a deep enquiry.

    Mr Kelly was killed because he said that there are no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq just a few days before the USA and Britain invaded Iraq so the British intelligence killed him but they tried to make it look like it was suicide because he was a high ranking figure in Britain and the British intelligence killed one of their own members and tried to make it look like an accident and they found the victim's dead body in a sports bag so it all depends on who they kill in other words, if they kill one of their own members and people, then they would try to make it look like a suicide or an accident but if they kill someone or people who are officially enemies, then they proudly and arrogantly announce that they have killed their enemies, so the British intelligence are very crafty very crafty.

      Everybody KNOWS that Saddam Hussein did NOT have weapons of mass destruction and everybody knows that the USA and the UK lied and fabricated tales in order to destroy Iraq to make Israel happy and to steal the Iraqi crude oil and although the resistance Mujahedeen in Fallujah, Tikreet, Anbar and Al Ramadi they have put up a good fight against the USA lead invasion but they did not have the Pashtuni Taliban and the Palestinian Hamas to help them so unfortunately the USA manged to leave behind a puppet sectarian government which is an ally and a friend with the USA and the UK and they are having an affair with Iran also as well at the same time.

    Interesting documentary apart from the portentous narration and the telepoll results - what on EARTH was that about? Totally irrelevant. No, sorry, watched a few more minutes. Let the facts tell the story, not some staged dog-finds-body-returns-to-owner-barks-and-leads-them-back scene. I'm bailing out, I'm sure there's better out there.

    Conspiracy, conspiracy... It aint beyond the realms of impossibilities that it was just a bazaar accident at a bazaar time, it was a mushroom knife he used, suggesting he was into wild fungus, and he was found on a high forested hill where mushrooms would be found and grow the most, and all you mushroomers out there, know you have to grip them in a certain way as to not damage and crush the hoods, and slice as near to the top so to encourage continuous growth, which does leave your wrist exposed when cutting, and if you have a lot on your mind and not thinking straight you could have a slip or press to hard and follow through, and as ive read or seen somewhere the cut went laterally at a slight slant as apposed to across his wrist to severe all veins, which makes what im suggesting even more plausible, and the pills well it obviously hurt and was bleeding alot, so he got his pain meds out hoping to ease the pain, but most importantly to lower his blood preasure, but the cut was to deep and he passed out quite quickly due to fast increase of blood loss, and anybody who has a high pressure job and daily stress youd carry pain pills on your person at all times for migrains...and Even more so at this time of his life, Who knows, its just a theory!! But one that could possibly happen...
