The Miss Fortune relic works really well on her when you pair it with Spirit of the Buhru and Packed Powder, so she counts herself as 1 cost. Actually makes her hyper aggressive. I have her at 5 stars, though, so that obviously impacts things.
I think Shock and Awe + Echoing Spirit + Turret Plating is the best build on Annie. It’s the perfect balance of offense and defense. In this build, you go for anything that helps you fill your board with 1-costs every turn. Your control potential is the same as this video, where you can kill anything big with Annie’s Disintegrate. You also end matches much faster thanks to a consistent 15+ Nexus damage on every attack (cuz it’s easy to have five 1-drops). The main difference is that your win-con is now a bunch of cheap replaceable units so it’s more consistent than needing to encounter good pings or draw said pings.
In the actual match, you spam 1-drops and just full swing anytime you have the attack token. If they block, you Disintegrate and trade your random 1/1 with their big guys. Same goes for defense turns: block with easily replaceable units and Disintegrate. Sometimes you need to Stun big Overwhelm units with Guile though. Another nice thing is that you can skip blocking any small to medium units thanks to Turret Plating; but you might as well block if you have a bunch of 1-cost replacements ready to go anyways.
Obviously the only caveat here is that you need a Relic that not everyone has.
Love Ryze and the alt win cons but I feel like its just hard to balance for PvE and would get boring. On the balance front, the AI either is constantly gonna try and disrupt your wincon and destroy your landmarks or get steamrolled. From the fun perspective, it's just playing the same few cards every time. Powers and items wont suddenly change up how you play, nor will what happens in the game.
They work way better as support champions where they offer you an ADDITIONAL win con.

He does that already. It can take a while, since he has to play through them alongside everything else he does, but he does one every month.
