yes, ISC liable, as your tier 2 soc under the list na need magbayad skills charge , you may verify this on GOv website and check who are exempt from ISC 👍

Na interview na po kayo? Once accepted, they need to issue you Certificate of Employment (CoS), na isa sa documents na need I submit pag apply ng Visa. Required din po ang Ukvi IELTS, NBI clearance at tb test 👍 good luck po

After cos, complete your requirements to apply for visa muna, ie, tb test.
