you are so real for showing your spiritual warfare realtime… it was so surprising to me to see you struggle with waiting for a breakthrough because to me, your success on social media seems huge. ( you saying “maybe i’m not pretty enough” struck me as the most outrageous tho LOL you are beautiful Ashley. ) I loved seeing you talk about surrendering it all because from what I’ve seen, you’re a really driven and goal-oriented person and so am I. Surrendering and waiting for God’s timing is something I’m struggling with so much; when you repeatedly said “Lord just keep me going” I felt that to the core. Feels like I’m absolutely depleted and done. But God isn’t done when we’re done. You’re showing hundreds of thousands of girls what it looks like to carry our crosses and follow Jesus. It’s not easy. You’re showing us the story behind the successes (like your podcast episode!) , and showing us that God still wins through our struggle. And He shares the glory with us. You’re showing us that success is possible with Jesus, regardless of our fears and attacks from the enemy. This type of honesty is so rare to find and so valuable.

Ashley, when you prayed, “Lord, just keep me going.” I felt that so much. I’ve been walking through a tough season of trial after trial for going on a year now, and that season still has not come to an end. And I’ve experienced so much spiritual warfare in that time of doubting God’s timing and His goodness. I just want to encourage you that God WILL see you through these trying times when the enemy tries to kick you while you’re down. In my experience, sometimes, instead of moving a mountain, God will grab your hand and say, “Come on, I’ve got you, let’s climb this thing together and get to the other side.” I’ll be praying for your strength in this season! Whatever you do don’t give up. Your videos make my day and make me smile each time I see them. You have grown like a big sister to me, and your the reason I have the want to visit Nashville. I have learned so much from you, you don’t even know. I’m at a similar point you are but with my acne. I have had it for 4 years and it has cleared up but never lasts more then a couple months and that has only happened once. Today it was a hard day because I also just switched treatments and I have felt like giving up with it that it will never clear. So my mom prayed with me while we were on the way to church and when we got to church the worship that played, was just what God knew I needed to here. So it is only natural that when the time comes to SURRENDER, we often fight to the very last second without even meaning to. As a lady with severe OCD, I have found true freedom in Christ, and the fact that I dont have to be in control of circumstances, because HE is! And how lucky we are to receive that grace! Jesus has used your book to speak directly to me so many times in the last 30 days. He is working in your life! He is using you in so many ways to speak to others. God really used the rawness and the joy of the Lord in this to encourage me so so so much! Thank you Father! And thank you for continuing to rely on Him and His Spirit through it all! It was such an encouragement to me to keep going and keep going to God and just surrendering and knowing that He will not let me be plucked from His Hand! He keeps reminding me of Psalm 139 and how He has encircled me and has placed His hand on me (v. 5)! I have just been hearing that and God has been speaking that to me through so many different things in nature reminding me that His hand is on me, and that I haven't fallen out of His worthy hands!! Thank you LORD!!!!
Ashley, we share so many feelings regarding the waiting season, the difficulties on our journey with the Lord. And I want to encourage you not to give up! Because we are so used to listen to testimonies after the storm is gonne, but through your, life we praise the Lord and see the testimony IN THE MIDDLE of the storm. And that's so so powerful. It takes courage and boldness from the Holy Spirit to share your life and be vulnerable, but know that THE LORD IS MOVING. He moves sometimes in ways we dont understand at firt, but there is absolutely nothing that He does without purpose.
You are already living your testimony. You are already praising the Lord with your life.
May the Lord gives you the strength and faith to keep going, and jeep going strong in faith and actions.

Ashley, I pray that Jesus's will take you by the hand and show you to keep going, because I also have been feeling like giving up after going through a horrible last year and it feeling like I'm never going to have a breakthrough or I'm never going to be delivered out of a situation, and feeling like I'm never gonna get through my islelation season. I am hearing you vent and telling us about the spiritual warfare that you were feeling and I just wanna let you know that you were the first channel that I actually stopped on and I started the holy 40 challenge and I’m continuing to watch you because I think you Are so full of wisdom and you know so much that I don’t even know. And because of that i just felt so heavy, there was this negative energy everywhere and it had gotten to the point where i didn't want to read my bible. But, thank God, i went on youtube and saw your video and honestly, i felt so blessed like, the title of your video was literally hitting home. i was like ??? And i just wanted to thank the Lord for using you to redirect me to Him. I surrender all these plans i've made for myself, and i'll just let go. Lately I have been focusing on my goals in achieving my academic comeback. I improved a lot in my finals exam and came in 3rd place (i have never made it to top 3 so as an 8th grader it is basically my biggest achievement yet.). I made plans to try the entrance exam of the best school in our state. I studies hard for it, and went to coaching everyday after school, and revised it every night. But as i was preparing for my exams, i began to realise how I was growing further away from God, and how i allowed myself to put my studies first, saying “I’ll check up on my spiritual life after my exams, it won’t be too late”. And that was the biggest mistake ever. I took the exam thinking i aced it, but when the results came out, i was rejected, and I didn’t make it into the selected list. My friends got into the school and everyone asked me if i was accepted or not. I cried hard when i heard the news. I don’t think i had ever felt so much pain after hearing a news. And to be honest, i predicted the fact that i wasn’t gonna make it. Basically, i felt empty after taking my exams and wanted to get closer to God and i started to attend the fellowship which takes place every sunday (i used to go there before my exams). That day, the speakers spoke about disobedience and closed doors. I started feeling down and came to the point that this was a hint that I wasn’t gonna make it. Throughout the week, i was constantly fearing that I wouldn’t get accepted and I didn’t know what i would do next if I didn’t get in. I called mom and she frantically came home and we immediately prayed to God, looking for answers. We had asked God whether preparing for the entrance was a waste of time or not before we decided to and He told us that i should prepare for it with all my might. So i was so lost and I didn’t understand. But inside my mind, i kept thanking God and telling Him that i trusted in him while sobbing tears, though it was hard to accept. God sent us a message saying I did my best in my studies but, i failed to put God first, which was the most important thing ever. I was heartbroken and immediately apologized, though a thousand apologies didn’t feel like it was enough. God told me to not worry and that he had already planned out my future and lots of other things which helped me a lot in my process of healing. Let me just tell you, nothing is going my way right now, but i know that God is still on the throne, and he will not fail me. Glory to God!🤎🙆🏽♀️

This is the kind of content personally that I enjoy watching so much from you and hope you post more of. It’s so beautiful to just see the everyday struggles and joy of walking with God. Seeing how you live out your faith in your everyday life can be so encouraging and hopeful for me following God right now. It makes me sad you’ve been feeling like there hasn’t been breakthrough with what you’ve been working so hard on with social media because personally I love your content. I love that God is the number one aspect of your content. I try to be intentional about watching Christian creators but, but there’s really not many people that are solely making lifestyle content about their relationship with God. I can tell that your content is full of God and not just sprinkled in here and there because you are FULL of God and I just think that’s so inspiring. That’s exactly how I want to live and be known so please don’t loose heart.
