  • This exercise promotes strength of the triceps and stability at the elbow.
    Progression: grip a little further up the band, or use a thicker resistance band.
    Regression: try the movement without resistance, leaning forward and extending the arm to move against gravity
    Pro Tip: combine pronation (palm moving to face down) as you flex your elbow, and aim to use smooth and controlled movement.
