Aa! You always surprise me, thank you for the great advices🥰
Amazing video a always!! You are so calming, creative and inspiring!! You also inspired me to vegan, so thank you so much!!
By the way your videos explaining coffee and sugar were very helpful so I was wondering if you could perhaps do a similar video discussing soy?? I’ve always been surrounded by conflicted opinions on it, so an explanatory video would be very informative. But anyways, wonderful video, thanks for the awesome tips!!
I love your Canadian accent when you pronounce “about”😂
Amazing video !
Love you Sadia!! I would love to see more minimalist/ house cleanliness and organization videos!! Also Tea time Tuesday I would love to hear one on romantic relationships and advice you personally have learned from your relationship with Robin if that's okay with you... You're the best! :)
I can't be the only one who wants a studio plant tour...
Yessssss
YES YES YES YES YES
I think she made one a year ago
Yessss
she has a vlog (day in the life of pick up limes i think it's called) where she goes and talks about her plants
Who's here from her community post to show her some love? 🙋♀️
Me!
Awwww you’re too sweet, thank you! 🤗
Meeee
Me too!
Me... gotta support the best food channel!!!!
If you hadn't made a community post I would've completely missed this. Love the analysis and tips though!
Same here...
Same!
The same experience.
Same
Yup, just got here
“I’m so sorry little planty, I’m so sorry” so cute and lovely😂💕
this channel is a fresh breath of air!
Indeed
"I'm so sorry little planty" Sigh, Sadia. My sister always laught at me for talking and apologising to my plants. Some people just don't understand us haha
Who wasn't fallen love with this studio!!!💓
Dude
Exactly
Right?!💕
+
i don’t know if there are any non vegans or vegetarians that follow this channel.
i’m not vegan (and don’t plan to become one) BUT i do want to appreciate vegetables more and eat more of them. maybe have vegetarian and vegan days where i eat clean and go from there.
i’m just drawn to Sadia. she has such a soft, soothing voice and such a calming nature. she feels like someone who could calm you down or make you feel content with just her presence alone.
Absolutely! I am not vegan/vegetarian, but I love the veggies and sauces! I don't feel bad if I sometimes add chicken to a veggie packed tasty meal! And yes, how can you not be drawn to her! She's awesome!!!
@@amystieg1620 I feel the same way. Self-righteous people always tell me to stop eating animals, but its in my chinese heritage and I love it. My mom would often buy some dog bones in China for broth, and it makes the best bone marrow broth. I really can’t recommend it enough. Its harder to come by in North America but you can often find some in specialty chinese stores.
Completely agree with you. Fabulous Channel from a non vegan🤗
I'm not either, but it's a go-to option for me because I don't have to think about whether dairy is in the recipes along with the points Lia⬆️ mentioned.
I'm not vegan either, just vegetarian!
omg this video was such a poetic experience
I feel like you've revealed your secrets to us. ;) Amazing work, Sadia. We can see so much love and effort being poured into your videos and your website.
Found you bestie
I saw this come up and I was like "I'm not really interested in taking food photos" so I thought I'd skip it but I'm glad I watched it anyway! Lots of good practical tips. And a beautiful video as always ❤️
i fee like this video should lowkey be a movie or documentary - felt like i was watching one
That Nathaniel Drew crossover though... CZcams giving the Avengers a run for their money with how many epic cross overs there are on here.
Ohhhh my godd... I have just started food business with my 2 elder sisters and this is exactly what I needed ... You read my mind Sadia..❤️ more power to you....
Good luck with your food business! You have my support
Sadia, I saw this video within the first hour of it posting on CZcams. I saw your message that it didn't get a lot of views. So I am here watching it again. This advice is not applicable to only foods but any other objects as well. Thanks so much for the layering advice. I never noticed the difference until you pointed it out. Thanks so much, Sadia!
This video should be shared in photography & videography classes. Not only are the photography tips helpful, but this entire video is shot and edited soooo well.
That's such good advice and just in time! I've recently started a food page and I've been working on improving my photos (buying props, arranging the setting, etc.) It's lots of fun, but I've also accepted the fact that better photos and spending time trying out different angles mean eating lots of cold dishes afterwards 😂
The tip about adding senses and story to a food picture us really priceless. Thank you so much. You lighten up the world, really!)
So refreshing to watch you doing all stuff with sweetest voice and with so ease
These kind of videos give you energy
Love the aesthetic in your shots, Thank you for sharing this and helping make all our food journeys better
Thanks so much for sharing your photography tips, I absolutely love them.
this is quite honestly such a helpful and peaceful video, i love it 💕
as a relatively new food channel this video couldn’t have come at a better time. i have been watching your videos for so long and always admired the quality of your videos. these tips are sure to help and thank so much for creating yet another beautiful video!
I honestly am super happy I found this channel a while ago because as a meat eater I slowly started gravitating towards your dishes because it showed a world of creativity without mimicking meat dishes. As I prepare my mind for the diet changes I need to do after my gallbladder removal surgery next month, your site is full of encouragement and gives me hope that I'll be fine eating differently. Thank you
This is so creative. Never thought this deeply. Most informative video
I was just thinking of how I'd love it if you posted now, as I'm in a bad mood and yoir videos are always so calming ♥️
This is the best advice I’ve ever heard for food photography! Thanks so much! You are incredibly talented.
Really great pointers. Works well with even general photography. Senses is something that's so interesting to work with. Love the info on lights as well. Thanks for this! :)
I've been doing food photography for a while and this is such a helpful overview of styling and natural lighting techniques. Styling is a lot harder than it looks and it can feel very clinical in books and tutorials. Your warm and friendly approach to the lesson might help the photographer to feel freer to work instinctively and in the moment. A solid understanding of composition is essential, but I think once we have that it's important to go with the flow and this joy will be reflected in the picture rather than spotting the geometry first, for example.
Man that layering on the soup image. Anyone else hungry now!?
Fancy seeing you again! I’m interested about the photography. You shouldn’t have🙏! You’re such a real deal with a variety of talents.
Love the layering idea... you are right, it gives so much depth!
Thank you Sadia. This was so useful. Please do more food photography and styling content. An actual course would be even better!
omg! Never expected a technical topic like this would interest me so much and reason being you Sadia , so poetic and pleasant. You are a gorgeous soul. Big fan :)
i love how warm and calm she makes me feel through her videos :) much love to you for bringing smile to my days
I feel like a lot of successful people might be unwilling to share their “secrets,” but you’ve done exactly that. It once again shows what a beautiful and generous soul you are, in addition to being multi-talented! PS thanks for the encouragement to watch this...you released it during our insanely crazy Texas weather last week and we had no internet. Otherwise I wouldn’t have missed it. 💗
Yay! This is a great video. I have alway loved the way you style your food photography. Thanks so much for sharing lovely! ❤😄
I am planning on starting my own food business and I cannot be more grateful for these wonderful tips 💕. Thank you soo much Sadia 🙏
All the best with your food business, Dulasi - so happy the tips might be helpful with it 🤗

@@PickUpLimes Thank you soo much for the kind reply 💕
@@random_thing- Thank you soo much 🤗💕
Good luck with your food business :) food photography is great
Love your conversational style of delivery.
As a photographer but not a food photographer, there were really helpful! You didn’t went over the photo specs which everyone else does. You go into the food niche and give some really helpfull tips like the textures etc!!
Who wants more oatmeal and smoothie recipes
especially oatmeal!!
I love your energy so so much! ❤️
It’s so positive and uplifting!🌸
So grateful to have come across your channel!✨
possibly one of the best videos you've made so far! thoroughly enjoyed it, great beginner tips I cannot wait to put into practice!

I will be passing this video on to my mom who is a self taught photographer and looking to get into flat-lays! Lots of awesome tips here!!
I watched this because you asked me to (and i enjoy your channel/business so always happy to support) BUT then I genuinely enjoyed the video and actually got a fair amount out of it. Beautifully done and your photos are always so aesthetically pleasing. Plus food.
So glad to read this, thanks so much, Chloe! 🤗
Your are such an inspiration. I like the fact how much learning you put into everyday. Your energy, detailing and enthusiasm are amazing. The part of the video where you explained about senses is the best! There are a lot of videos of yours that made me what work hard and better myself.
👌👍

I love to cook and I love to take pics of what I cook. Not for any social media but for myself and my family. But whatever I click looks like something the cat dragged in😝 so thank you for this !!
Absolutely! Taking photos of food is such a fun hobby. We eat with our mouths, but also the eyes 😍

I love the way you explain things..its so inspiring..❤️❤️❤️
Hi Sadia, Just wanted to pop on here and say that I've always hoped that you would talk about photography tips! Your photos are continuously stunning! It would be so wonderful if you incorporated a little photography "series" in your content 😊
Thank you for the community post! I've gotten notifications for the past half dozen or so of your videos but not this one :( I LOVE the photos you take -- they're really what "sells" the recipe(:
It’s incredible how much thought goes into each photo! Thanks for sharing 💚

I was literally planning on opening a vegan cafe and YOU POSTED THIS. this is a sign!!!
Good luck with your journey :) some great food photography for vegan recipes
Sadia, you might lead some great food photography courses. I'd be one of your first students 😍 Such a helpful video!
Love this kind of video! I essentially appreciate learning about the artistry behind your photos and videos.
I watched this video because I love PUL videos but I didn't think I was particularly interested in the topic. But you made it SO interesting! I love the simple tweaks you add which have such a big impact. I've sent it on to all my food photo loving friends 😃 x
Thank You for making the information so easy to understand. I have watched so many photography video as a beginner just starting and 9/10 times it is too technical and I get lost. Also my mouth was watering looking at all the beautiful food.
So happy to hear it's helpful, Declan! 😊 Thank you for taking the time to share 🤗
Your tips are amazing, so is your photography. Also so glad you partnered with Audible they are seriously addictive I have listened to 57 books since 2019 =) Recommend the 'China Study' to start off with. So inspiering.
You are so gifted. I so appreciate the effort you put into your work!
So many things I don't even think about but that make all the difference in making your dishes so appealing! Thank you for sharing this valuable knowledge. It's exciting to learn a usual subject of yours- this being food- from the perspective photography, that you master also so well.
I really love your content like these, recipes are good but these are very intresting...
You have really inspired me to go vegan a few weeks ago.. And now I'm having so much fun creating all sorts of meals with the variety a vegan lifestyle offers. I create awesome stuff and LOVE taking photos, so this video has helped me even more!! Thank you Sadia, much love from Texas! :)
