Everyone else that got the Master Detective Archives Rain Code Collector's Edition also it looks like we're waiting until mid July, but I'm excited to play the game regardless. Everything looks amazing in this launch trailer.

Actually completely forgot this came out today until a day or two ago. It's especially weird because this game kept getting trailers in Directs and such, but it feels like it's coming out in a somewhat low-key fashion.
Glad I got a copy before they ran out, though. This game seems oddly limited for physical copies? Still, definitely looking forward to experiencing this to satiate my Danganronpa brain rot!

Finished it, and I can say it's incredible. I loved it. I hope it does really well on switch.

The game is already niche and you might think that Nintendo do wanna push this game a last time in a Nintendo Direct since it wasn't heavily advertised. And unfortunately, it wasn't advertised in the Direct instead they gave some free to play Multiplayer Farming game and "Just Dance" the spotlight.
Now to wait for my paycheck to come in

Gonna wait it out to see if this will remain Switch exclusive permanently. Seems wild though, as expected of Danganronpa's creator.
I doubt it will be permanent, but I can't imagine any reason to not want it on Switch. It lets you play on TV, but also handheld and tabletop. Other versions would just give you less bang for buck in that respect. Idk, maybe they look at bit sharper, but seems a very small consolation to losing 2 out of 3 modes of play. Just my 2 cents
@@ActionJaxonH I get the convenience of it all and whatnot, but I only like to buy true exclusives for Switch. I'm mainly on PS and since that's where the vast majority of my games are along with trophies, I like to get multiplats on that. Really the only time I play multiplat games on my Switch is if it's a demo.
I can't imagine it being a true Switch exclusive, as the Danganropa series is all across Playstation and Steam. It's probably a timed exclusive at best

@@infamousicee6009 No, just the regular edition :/ The same thing happened with Metroid Prime Remastered too, I ended up canceling it day of when it was supposed to be released and got something else.
@@PassngrsPassngrs That sucks. What I would do is see if your local Walmart has it. I had to do the same thing with Metroid prime remastered when GameStop dropped the ball on that one.
@@infamousicee6009 I’m not sure if I could because I was able to pay off the game with extra credits for trade ins, if I withdrew all the money which was store credit, I’ll get a lot less of it back. I’ll try waiting it out and seeing how soon they’ll get it in.

As someone who's never played a Danganronpa game before, I'm really liking the look of this one. Not sure when I'll get it, but I will, and I hope it does well.
